The registration via text messaging for auditions for the next batch of housemates of Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Season 3 and Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Teen Edition 3 has been closed.

In a report on SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon Thursday, Big Brother or 'Kuya' extended his appreciation to all who registered to be part of the Mega-Manila audition.

"Big Brother says 'Thank you' sa lahat ng nag-parehistro sa Pinoy Big Brother Season 3 at Pinoy Big Brother Teen 3. Twenty thousand (20,000)-plus ang nag-text kaya sarado na ang text registration," SNN's host Boy Abunda said.

It will be recalled that the PBB decided to use the text registration after thousands of hopefuls lined up outside PBB's eviction hall last Friday, February 27 to audition.

Kris Aquino, who also hosts SNN, added that all those who registered via text will get a text confirmation from PBB on when and where they will come for the audition.

"Ang mga nag-text, they will receieve a text for the audtiion, date, time and place," she said.

However, Aquino said the auditions for provincial hopefuls are still open.

Braving the scorching heat of the sun, thousands of celebrity wannabes trooped to ABS-CBN in Quezon City Friday to try their luck as reality-based show “Pinoy Big Brother” (PBB) opened their doors to new talents.

The first in the series of auditions was held Friday starting 9 a.m. at the PBB’s eviction hall, just across from the ABS-CBN building.

Security personnel said the people began to arrive as early as 2 a.m.. By 9 a.m., the crowd estimate was 7,000, and the number continued to go up. By 11 a.m., the number of aspirants already reached 10,000.

By late afternoon, the line had already snaked through Tomas Morato, Scouts Borromeo and Tuazon, slowing down the traffic.

Bong Osorio, head of ABS-CBN corporate communication, said that this is the "biggest audition so far in Metro Manila."

"As of 1:30 p.m. ay nag-cut off na ang line for the audition sa Pinoy Big Brother, pero yung mga nakapila, bago mag-ala una they will all be processed today," Osorio said.

"Pero gusto din nating ipaalam na yung mga hindi maa-accomodate today, there will be second audition naman na ia-annoiunce natin sa DZMM at Channel 2 para alam nila ang steps," he added.

A shot at fame

The crowd willingly faced the hardship and the long wait just to take a shot at fame.

Twenty-one-year-old Jonathan, one of the hopefuls, had been waiting for his turn as early as 5:30 a.m. He said he came all the way from Laguna and had to leave home as early as 4:30 a.m. so that he could arrive early in QC.

“Sumugod agad ako dito… para sumikat, siyempre,” said Jonathan, who was number 884.

BS Math student Yohan Go, 20, said he believes he possesses qualities that viewers can emulate – honesty and good character.

Paul Cabauatan, 21, who was at the end of the Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) audition line, said he dreams of having a life of comfort and fame.

“I am from Laguna, I am late because I need to get my birth certificate,” he said, panting while trying to see how far he was from the beginning of the line.

He may be late, but he came with a plan.

“I know how I can showcase my talents in the show. I’ll dance during the morning exercise; I’ll serenade my housemates; and I’ll act when Big Brother asks me to do a secret task,” he said.

Joseph Hernandez, 18, does not have the height of a leading man like Cabauatan.

“People say I can’t make it because I am short, but I’m going back later for a second audition. I think I could make it,” said Hernandez believing the length of his legs will not hinder the reach of his dreams.

Hernandez said his passion to become an actor is unexplainable, “I just want to be. It is my dream.”

But Arthur Torres, 32, a masseuse from Marikina, said that he has dreams of being on television because wants to earn a lot of money

“Life is hard, and I am hungry,” he said, while looking at the Fish Crackling vendor who passed by him during the interview. “I don’t even have money right now to buy myself a snack.” He said the money he has left is for the commute home.

Just like Kim Chiu

“What I have in common with other successful housemates is that we all have dreams,” said Torres who wants a better life for his family, just like what his favorite PBB housemate Kim Chiu did for her family.

“I sent two text votes for Kim, I really allotted money so I can vote for her in the PBB Teens finale,” Torres said.

Dorothy Balgos, 22, also looks up to Kim. Kim was able to help her family in Cebu.

“I want to get my family out of debt, we spent the money my dad worked for when he was in Saudi, now he doesn’t have a job and my mom is one earning,” Balgos said.

“I hope my yaya still remembers me,” she said in hopes that she will have her own lifestyle show and eventually be a leading lady in a soap opera.

“I’m not yet confident about my acting skills, I’ll use the money I will win in PBB to join acting workshops and help my family,” Balgos said.

Rea Lucañas, 16, on the other hand, is confident about her acting chops. “I want my own soap opera right away and be Gerald Anderson’s love team,” she said.

Like Kim, whom she idolizes, Lucañas wants to help her parents provide good education for her four younger siblings.

Worth It to Line Up

“It is OK even if I stay here until next week,” said Cabauatan who could not imagine spending the next months outside the PBB house. “I have to do this to realize my dream and to help my family in Laguna.”

Balgos said that being in line for more than five hours makes her excited to see the directors. “I stood here for a long time, there is no point of holding back what I got in the audition room,” she said.

Hernandez, who was already in line 10:48 p.m. Thursday, said that standing in line is nothing for him, “as long as my dreams will come true, as long as I did my best."

Others interviewed by abs-cbnnews.com/Newsbreak said being in line and having new friends is good enough reason to wait in line.

But what if they won’t be accepted?

“Then life will remain the same,” said Torres, still with a smile on his wrinkled face.

Open to all

This year, PBB and Pinoy Dream Academy business unit head Laurenti "Lauren" Dyogi said they are looking for “interesting” personalities.

"Wala 'yon sa itsura, wala sa family background mo, nasa personalidad 'yan," Dyogi said.

He added: “Lagi kaming tinatanong: ano ba 'yan looks ba ang criteria diyan? Wala kaming masabing ganoong criteria. Ang importante lang ay dapat swak ka kapag regular audition, from 19 to 35 years old. Kapag teen, from 14 to 17 years old.”

Filipinos aged 20-35 can try out to be one of “Kuya’s” housemates on “PBB Season 3,” while teenagers, 14 to 17 years old, are qualified to join “PBB Teen Edition Season 3.”

The “entrance exam” for hopeful scholars of “PDA Season 3” will also commence for Filipinos aged 18 to 35 years old. Musically-gifted kids aged 5 to 9 are also invited to audition for the second season of “PDA Little Dreamers (PDALD 2).”

Dyogi said the regular edition of PBB will run for almost three months. The teen edition, meanwhile, will run for eight to 10 weeks.

PBB began to be a nationwide hit during its first season in 2005. Ever since, the franchise has spawned numerous dance crazes, hit songs, and the careers of Sam Milby, Jayson Gainza, and Wendy Valdez.

“PDA,” meanwhile, was the jumping board of pop-rock princess Yeng Constantino’s recording career.

The original Grand Star Dreamer is now a certified multi-platinum artist and appears on “ASAP ’09.”

Apart from exposure, millions of pesos in cash and prizes are in store for the big winners.

Screening for “PDALD 2” will be in Batangas, Baguio, and Pampanga only.

10,000 join ‘Pinoy Big Brother’ audition

MANILA, Philippines—Tens of thousands of people trooped to ABS-CBN studios for the initial phase of the “Pinoy Big Brother” (PBB) auditions.

Network executives estimated around 10,000 auditionees from around the country, considered the highest number ever, went to the PBB house along E. Lopez Street in Quezon City on Friday aspiring to make the the final cut of 14 housemates in the four-month telecast of the popular reality TV show.

Bong Osorio, ABS-CBN Corporate Communications head, announced that the audition for Friday was closed and begged for the public’s indulgence that the network will not anymore accept auditionees for the day.

The PBB auditions caused a monstrous traffic jam along E. Lopez and Mother Ignacia Streets.

ABS-CBN will schedule another audition for the international reality show franchise, Osorio said.

Hard times push many PBB wannabes - analysts

People audition to join shows reality shows because “they have images in their heads, from past contestants, of getting rich quickly by joining the show,” said Sociology and Anthropology professor Susan Fernandez-Magno of Ateneo de Manila University.

In an interview with abs-cbnNEWS.com/Newsbreak, Magno said Filipinos today are in dire need of money that they are “willing to expose their vulnerabilities on national television,” citing previous participants who have done the same and won.

Joining reality shows like Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) and Pinoy Dream Academy (PDA), Fernandez-Magno said, is an “innovative, short-cut way to achieve success.”

She said, “The hard times dictate that anyone in the family, even teenagers, could get the family out of plight.”

This may be the reason why Chezka Calderon, 14, lined up as early as 5 a.m. just to audition for the show. “I need money so my mother could go home from South Korea ,” Calderon said.

Rea Lucañas, 16, wants to join so she can help her parents provide good education for her four younger siblings.

For middle class, it's the adventure

But success is measured differently depending on social class.

“Getting out of poverty is not instrumental for middle-income participants,” Magno said.

She said that adventure and fun are reason why teens and adults without responsibilities join.

“They want to bask in the glory of being adored by people watching the show,” she added.

Joseph Hernandez, 18, a University of Santo Tomas accounting student said he wants to join PBB because he wants to fulfill his dream of becoming a star.

“The cash prize is very attractive, but the adventure is really what they are looking for, the experience,” Fernandez-Magno said.
If unemployed participants get into the show, they eventually land jobs.

“It is the opportunity that comes with exposure, not just the money. The money, they can earn when they are actors or when they are hired because of their exposure,” she added.

Some keep auditioning even when they get rejected a lot of times.

“It’s like the lottery or any other game of chance. The inspiration is precedent. The image sticks to their mind as an inspiration. They see so many people achieve it, they believe they can, too,” Fernandez-Magno said.

Shortcut to wealth

Vivian Tin, head of ABS-CBN’s research and business analysis, agreed that Filipinos perceive fame as a “shortcut to economic advancement.”

“People have gotten this idea that if they become famous they earn more money,” Tin said.

Tin pointed out that to start with, apart from public exposure, people are drawn to these shows because they offer millions of pesos worth of prizes.

Tin said it was no longer surprising that thousands of people lined up to audition, noting that they would do everything to alleviate their plight.

Aside from the economic advancement, the ABS-CBN executive added that PBB is also a means to express “personal issues.”

“For [some] meron silang personal issues that they’re struggling with. They probably want to express themselves,” she said.

PBB's Ejay Falcon wants to be an action star

After winning Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition Season 2, grand winner Ejay Falcon says he's ready to prove his worth as a teen actor and a future action star.

In an interview with abs-cbnNEWS.com, Falcon said that he'd been through a lot of workshops to develop his skills especially in acting.

"Masasabi ko po ay okay na po ako kasi po dati talaga hindi ko pa kaya. Nagwo-workshop ako so sa tingin ko po ngayon ay kaya ko na," Falcon said during the FOX retail brand launch at Greenbelt 5.

Falcon said he had to overcome his shyness so that he could pursue his dream of becoming a future action star.

"Dati sobrang tahimik ako, sobrang mahiyain ako ngayon feeling ko naman ay okay na," he said.

Falcon also downplayed the issue that fellow PBB Teen Edition housemate Robi Domingo is getting more showbiz breaks than him.

"Yan lagi ang tanong sa akin pero sa ngayon kasi hindi ko yon iniisip kasi friend kami ni Robi. Sa akin kung ano ang dumarating na blessings kay Robi ay masaya talaga ako," he said.

Falcon even said that he is closer now to Domingo since they get to work together in various projects.

"Noong nasa loob kami pinaka-close sa akin si Jolas, pero ngayon kami na ni Robi ang laging nagkakasama nagtatawanan kami lagi," he said.

At present, Falcon is busy with a lot of mall and out of town shows.

Walking down memory lane

From the moment they were officially named the Teen Big Four, Robi, Nikki, Beauty and Ejay were faced with several challenges. Failing their first task dampened their spirits, yet also sent home the realization of why they were still in the house. Being named Teen Big Four was not the be-all and end-all of things; in fact, it was just the beginning. They were able to hold the sought-after title because there were people who believed in them, and to these people, they owed living up to the expectations of being youth representatives. To show this concretely, Kuya continued giving them rasks that would test not only their skills, but more importantly, their character.

They have truly gone through so much. In just more than a couple of months, they have grown and blossomed into the young adults that they truly are. To help the viewers make an informed decision, a short recap of their background and PBB history was presented. Toni also read a few letters from their supporters who have followed their journey to, finally, the Big Night.

In just a few hours, the teens will be preparing for the culmination of all their hard work. Aptly named The Big Reunion, they will be reunited with the ex-housemates and house players. They will also be joined by housemates from past seasons, especially Kim and Gerald from the first Teen Edition. To those lucky enough to get hold of tickets, remember to wear the color of your fave housemate: blue for Robi, yellow foe Nikki, green for Beauty and red for Ejay. An hour left before Araneta’s gates open to the Kuyanatics who are patiently – and excitedly – waiting for the right moment. Inside the PBB house, the teens are getting primped for the spotlight. Reminiscing Nikki’s hair and make-up session for the pictorials, she was now first in line for the preparations.

By the time it was Ejay’s turn, the In Chick was already polishing herself and was giving tips on how to effectively remove the formal wear from the mannequins. Robi, on the other hand, was the last one in and was finding it quite difficult to settle in one position.

As if savoring the last hour inside the house, he kept on walking around – to the kitchen, out the pool, sat to stare at the sala – but it was in front of the altar that he stopped and stayed to pray the rosary.

Ejay hailed as PBB Teen Edition Plus Big Winner

The theme of this season, as it emerged in the housemates’ experiences, was transformation. To reinforce this, the transition of the PBB house to the Big Dome was animated as one would a transforming robot, very futuristic. There were also blurbs in praise of the housemates’ creatively presented in animation. Clad in shimmering white robes, the Teen Big Four, dressed in their finery, left the big yellow house and headed towards Araneta Coliseum where their fans awaited. They were escorted by Luis and left in a special room until the designated moment of their presentation.

Former housemates John Prats and Mickey Perz opened the celebration with an energized dance number, followed by Gerald Anderson, Kim Chiu and the resident extra-terrestrial Kokey. This was followed by the teen-choreographed performance of the song Ang Sarap ng Buhay sung by Project One. Of course, this was presented by the ex-teen housemates and the house players. Aside from Valerie and Priscilla who were decked with wings as angels, the rest of the teens sported the classic red and white.

Kim, the first Teen Big Winner, performed once again a dance number along with partner Gerald and the rest of the cast of My Girl. The newest Kapamilya and Dream host Billy Crawford also strutted his stuff as teaser for the start of classes in Pinoy Dream Academy. The Dream mentors, headed by Ryan Cayabyab, also made a cameo.

Kuya spent his last moments with the Teen Big Four as he reminded them of their goals when they first expressed their wish to enter his house. With them, he recalled how they initially were and, with more than a hint of nostalgia, walked through their ups and downs that eventually led them to a transformation and to the Big Night - all in a span of almost three months. Kuya expressed his pride in each and reminded them, in true Big Bro fashion, to take along the lessons they learned in the house and to be a good example of and to the Pinoy youth.

Finally, the moment of reckoning has come. After months of smiles, tears, challenges, failures, successes, relationships, heartaches, decisions, growing up… here they were, aptly crowned Teen Big Four. To cheers that they couldn’t help smiling at, they prepared to face the crowd. With 10.91% or 186,523 votes, Beauty was first to step onstage as the PBB Teen 4th Big Placer. Nikki follows suit as PBB Teen 3rd Big Placer, garnering 18.39% or 314,582 votes. With bated breaths, the two boys were left, almost neck-to neck, based at the tally. Robi was awarded the PBB Teen 2nd Big Placer, with 34.39% or 588,115 votes. Finally, with 36.31% or 620,934 votes, Ejay emerged as the PBB Teen Big Winner! Pumped by adrenalin, perhaps, PBB Guardian Big Winner Daddy Erning was able to lift his son several inches off the floor as they celebrate his win. Ejay took home P1,000,000, a condo unit at Château Valenzuela, a business franchise from Crystal Clear drinking water and a Sony Bravia plasma TV.

Almost There

One day of building, restructuring, and organizing and the teens finally get the right strategy in building their C2 Tower. Too bad though that they didnt include the protection of their tower in their plan.

Early this morning, after applying tons of sun block, Ejay and Robi set to work on their tower. Kuya teased the Promdie Hottie that he looked like a local delicacy, espasol. The boys were so eager to finish the task that they immediately gathered the bottles and used strings to tie them to the other. These tied bottles were placed on trays which would serve as a layer in the tower.

Beauty and Nicole on the other hand were in charge of placing these trays on the floater. The two girls carefully carried the trays from the pool deck to the floater. The tower slowly took form as layer after layer were piled on top of each other.

When the tower became too tall for the girls reach, Ejay placed the last tray which was the towers turret. As he made his attempt, water balloons started flying from the guardians area. Similar to that of the Kung Fu Kids who sabotaged the coin pyramid in the Celebrity Edition, balloons were pitched to knock off the teens tower. Robi used a long pole to bat off the colorful balloons while the others threw them back to where they came from.

More work for the Teen Four

Ex-teen housemate Alex and Uber host Mariel tried to interfere with the building of the C2 Tower on Uber today. When throwing the balloons across didnt seem to shake the teens spirits, the mischievous ex-housemates, who wore black robes and masks, went inside to directly aim for the tower. Although the teens tried to protect their tower, the bottle building collapsed and the teens shrieked upon seeing their hard work destroyed. Though quite annoyed with what Alex did, they still missed him and gave him a bear hug. Alex, on the other hand, zeroed in on Beauty and gave her a sweet kiss before leaving. Mariel then sat the Big Four down and got up close and personal with them. She asked the Big Four on who their Big Winner is. Nikki, Ejay and Robi unanimously answered Beauty for they believe she is the most changed housemate. Beauty, on the other hand, chose Nicole because of her friends attitude improvement.

On the matters of the heart, Beauty was unsure if she loves the Italian Valentino. Ejay, however was more firm with his decision to pursue Valerie once the edition is over. Nicole, like her best bud Beauty, was unsure of what will happen to her and Josef. She would want to fix things first with her current boyfriend before deciding on the next step. True Blue Atenean Robi admitted to never having a girlfriend but was courting someone before he entered the house.

When asked what their favorite and least favorite tasks were, the teens agreed that the Philippine Air Force training and the Island Adventure was the best and the hardest. Robi added that the beaded accessories task was pretty difficult too since the materials were too small.

Mariel gave each the chance to promote themselves as the Big Winners. Robi believed that everything he learned, he lived it out. He also did what he deemed right aside from being true to himself. Beauty was confident that she turned from her rebellious ways and everyone saw her improvement. Ejay felt that he was also true to himself and had learned a lot in Kuyas house. Nicole knew that she has proved herself in the house and could do a lot more outside.

Big Four Challenges

Earlier yesterday, Kuya called the attention of Beauty, Alex and Nikki because they played around with the beads and threw some at each other. They had to pick up the beads and also pick up the pace as they only had 376 made at the time. A dart game followed, a happy memory as prelude to the bittersweet eviction night.

Maybe he had an inkling that he was the evictee, because Alex gave Beauty a souvenir as they were packing. He didnt want to leave though, even whispered Im not ready to leave at the last moment. Unfortunately, his name wasnt part of the four. Robi, Nikki, Beauty and Alex were the chosen ones. As sad as they were to see Alex leave, they also couldnt contain their excitement and pride as they were named the Teen Big Four. Kuya chanted the title several times until they were cheering and jumping up and down on their little colored circles.

For those who are going to the Big Night this Saturday, wear the color of the housemate you support! Wear blue for Robi, yellow for Nikki, green for Beauty and red for Ejay. Gates open at 6 pm, but take note that children 6 years and below will not be admitted. Videocameras are a no-no as well.

All felt a degree of pride well-earned. Robi likened the feeling to reaching the summit of a mountain, when one does all that he can and eventually reaches the goal. Nikki, amazed that people actually supported her, couldnt quite describe the happiness she felt. Beauty was swaying between crying and screaming for joy, thanking God for giving her a chance, flawed as she was. Ejay was likewise thankful, and was a true believer that hindi masama mangarap.

Guardian Debate on the Big Winner

The guardians are back and they are arguing again. This time though they debated in good spirits over who they think deserves to the Big Winner. Each guardian was given a minute to defend the teen of their choice.

Daddy John and Shy fought for Beauty while Mommy Jinky and Tita Violy were for Robi. Kevins dad said that Beauty was born a star. She had the most eccentric personality and she keeps the show alive. Shy added that the Rebellious Girl wasnt , contrary to others opinion of her, but was just being her utmost self in the house. Mommy Jinky attacked the argument fervently since she didnt want to have a œrebellious teen as a role model for everyone. Robi for her showed exemplary behavior as he was friendly, respectful and a model student among others. Tita Violy agreed to this and pointed out that Robis playing safe didnt hurt anyone else.

In the next round, Tita Anna and Mommy Minda defended Nicole while Daddy Ike and Mommy My Love pushed for Ejay. Tita Anna believed that Nicole came out of her shell and this gradual change should be taken into consideration. Aside from being a well-mannered young lady, she learned discipline in Kuyas house. Mommy Minda noticed this change as well and saw how the In-Chick turned from being a sheltered girl to a social person who mingled with the rest.

Daddy Ike on the other hand was a solid Ejay supporter. While the others had the privilege of education and comfort, here was a tough young man who experienced the world at a very young age. Though the Promdie Hottie wasnt well-off like the others, he could still level with them. Mommy My Love was more focused on Ejays character which is being calm, being able to receive harsh criticisms and he was good to everyone.

Recalling the Grand Council

Earlier this week, the teens braved their way through the Grand Councils incriminating questions. With all that behind, the teens could now joke easily about it. Everyone speculated on who their hooded visitors were at first. Ejay thought that they were the new PDA cast while Beauty believed them to be angry fans.

The teens also noticed how ironically light the setup was despite the eerie and dark environment. Ejay felt that everyone was trying their best to keep a straight face. He in fact caught Jolas in his futile attempt to stifle a giggle. Nicole also saw Priscilla and Rona crack up at Josefs question about her missing him. Robi, on the other hand, wondered why Linda was the only one who didnt question him. He also noticed that Alex interpreter was quite nervous probably due to the pressure of the crowd circulating him. For the True Blue Atenean, Jieriel seemed to be the most changed. He actually didnt recognize her at first glance.

Meanwhile, Beauty and Alex worried much about the eviction to be held tonight. The Rebellious Girl strongly felt that she would be the one to exit tonight. Alex argued that he knew that he was going to leave tonight but Beauty pointed out that Mommy Minda was the 2nd placer for the guardians, which meant that they had fans.

The Teen Big Four, revealed!

For the third day in a row, the housemates had to face numerous trials. After the Grand Council trial and the lie detector test, they had to face a trail by fire " literally. Because they did not fulfill their promise to Kuya Primo, the teens were made to give up their material belongings. Katumbas ba ng pagtupad ng pangako ang material at personal na gamit? This was the question Kuya left them with.

An extremely disappointed Big Bro talked to the housemates to share his sentiments at their actions. Yet, another chance was given them to retrieve their clothes. They were given an hour to fish out their belongings which were scattered in and around the pool. Added to the time limit, they were only allowed to use the things inside the house and had to stay behind the blue line (which was several feet away from their things). After several minutes into the task, Alex, Ejay and Nikki accidentally stepped on the line and werent allowed to participate, leaving only Robi and Beauty to finish up. Despite their best efforts, they only managed to get a few items. They gathered the rest and stuffed them in garbage bags, which they placed beside two flaming drums. In the Confession Room, they were made to watch as garbage bags were dumped into them. Kuya made sure they understood the reason behind this, and also gave them a minute each to share their thoughts. Generally, the teens were sad and sorry for the loss of things which not only represented luxuries and needs, but the hard work and care that was put into it by their loved ones. Alex felt that it would have been better if the clothes were given to charity rather than burnt.

The teens then fixed themselves for what they thought was a live show. Once gathered in the living room, it was a more amiable Kuya who talked to them. He announced that no one was going out that night, and that no one was really nominated. On top of that, Kuya revealed that their clothes were safe, and that their previous task was just a test to see if they could make a stand and demonstrate compassion for others. Im proud of you, housemates. With all the good news, the teens recovered from the heavy atmosphere and spent the night laughing, dancing and enjoying an entire pizza!

Yet, all knew someone had to be evicted. Tonight, four colored circles were used as tools to emphasize the remaining four teens. These much-coveted spots, however, already belonged to (in no particular order) Robi, Ejay, Nikki and Beauty. Alex, with only 5.07% of the votes, was the last evictee. There were less tears this time, and Alex seemed in shock still. He was escorted by Toni and he jumped (with feet- hugging, too!) into his dadâ€™s waiting arms as Mommy Minda looked on. His father travelled all the way from Italy to be present on this night, which was just as well as Alex needed all the support that he could possibly get. Along with a video tribute, he was also presented with a Sony Vaio laptop.

The Grand Council Trial

After the face-to-face nominations, there was an obvious strain between Alex and Nikki. Alex approached Kuya and asked him for feedback, which he later did with the rest of the teens as well. To tie loose ends, Alex had a talk with Nikki and admitted his real reason for nominating the In Chick: he felt that since Nikki already had 1 point (care of Ejay), then he'd rather add another point to her than add another housemate for nominations. Nikki likewise shared her sentiments with Alex, stressing that he should've told the truth and she would understand. Ejay also had a similar talk with Nikki regarding nominations. All's well in the end, as they patched their differences instead.

As they went back to creating the accessories, Kuya called them again to change into all-white outfits provided them, after which they had to sit down in different parts of the house. In the activity area, a group of black-robed people were filing in and taking their respective seats. The Grand Council was composed by former teen housemates and their guardians. Their task was to challenge the character of the remaining housemates, and level them off by grilling them on past and present actions.

First up was Alex, who even gave a smile to the jury. The main issue with him was his disregard of his ongoing relationship outside the house. Alex was very vocal about his love for his girlfriend, yet now, he seemed like he was flirting with Beauty. He also denied saying "I love you" to Beauty, yet also admitted that he was having some level of intimate feelings with Beauty, especially because they were together daily, prodding him to not think of his girlfriend too much. However, despite all, he still would choose his girlfriend over Beauty. Besides, he's keeping doors open; a lot can happen in the future.

Robi was next, and Shy was first to push his buttons by stating that he was just playing safe. He denied this vehemently, saying that he did everything seriously. Linda questioned the fact that, despite his earlier plans of going on a voluntary exit, he didn't. Was it a gimmick? Again, he denied this, saying that he continued because he wanted to acknowledge the trust and support entrusted him by the people. Josef asked if he took the school rivalry too far when he nominated our students. Robi replied that he didn't care for the Ateneo-La Salle rivalry, and based his nomination on Josef's actions within. His choice for big winner was Ejay and, should he be made to choose who to go out the house, Nikki. Kuya then asked why he nominated Alex instead, he replied that he was nervous, and decide to nominate him based on their not-so-close relationship.

Building a C2 Tower

Building a C2 Tower is hard enough but keeping it steady and stable in a floater in the pool is pretty tough. The Teen Big Four Ejay, Nicole, Robi and Beauty would have to undergo the C2 Tower task as a starter for the many challenges awaiting them.

A condition to this task was to keep the floater in the middle of the pool. The teens then set to work and tried to stabilize it. Ropes were tied to the floater and Ejay tried knotting the other end to drainers. When it wasnt steady enough, the teens decided to sink barbells and secure the other end of the rope to it.

Since empty C2 bottles could easily be knocked out by the wind, Beauty strategized to fill the bottles with water. She carefully measured the amount in a cylinder and poured it to the bottles. Ejay assisted Beauty while Nicole and Robi placed the filled bottles horizontally on the floater.

Unfortunately for them, their two-layered bottle building collapsed. It was timely though since Kuya had Beauty remind them that they werent supposed to build a pyramid, but rather, a tower. The teens proceeded with their task under the scorching heat, determined to build a high structure. What other challenges would the Big Four encounter? A Broken Promises

After the announcement of the Teen Big Four, the remaining teens couldnt stop talking and giggling. So high was their energy level that they didnt even mind their meager dinner of cup noodles (yet again, since they bet 100% of their budget) and ate as if it were a feast. They them continued their exchange while lounging by the poolside. It had certainly been a trying summer and a particularly draining week. Relief and probably pride was translated into giggles and snickers. They occupied themselves with thoughts of interviews and guestings, wondering how it would be to be asked by celebrities. Would they dance? How would they answer? Will they be on Boy and Kris, or ASAP, or The Buzz? Robi was interested in seeing the AVPs that came with each call to vote for nominated housemates. A little while more and Kuya called them in already.

They trooped back in the house, still hyped about the nights circumstances. They all felt grateful and amazed to be part of the Big Four. Ejay seemed to like savoring the feel of the words Teen Big Four, repeating them even while cleaning the kitchen sink. Robi, fresh from the Confession Room, relayed his brief conversation with Big Bro.

Kuya was teasing him that the season was extended yet again. Too hyper, Robi said that anything was fine with him. A plus with going out by Saturday, for him, was to be able to finally hear mass on Sunday.

The teens went back to finishing the beaded accessories in the boys room. After all, as they have all learned, a promise is a promise. What Kuya had in store for them in the pool, find out tomorrow on Uber and Primetime Bida!

First night of House Player

The teens share their dinner with new housemate, Shy. It was quite obvious how the teens were clumped nearer to each other and kept a safe distance from the newcomer. They plied her with random questions, in an attempt to figure out her identity. Asked about her nickname, she honestly replied, House Player, and explained where the term came from. In poker, whenever a game lacked a player, the game house sends an in-house employee to play in the empty spot, thus the term house player.

Shy went to the Confession Room several times already, and in her absence, the housemates gathered to discuss her presence. On one such moment, the teens got out the rule book and looked up the regulations on new housemates. This led to wondering about their duration in the house, whether or not the season was extended. Priscilla said that theyd stay only until the 18th or 25th of May.Pris then shared her vision with the others, scaring a few. She had a dream about a cake with 10 candles, 8 of which were lit in white and 2 were red in flames. She warned the rest about bad things to come, though Robi opted to shrug it off. She had her apprehensions about Shy, saying that she sensed conflict the moment she saw her. One of them will take her side and there will be trouble. The girls became worried, and Priscilla even more so.

The fact that Shy refused to take her mask off just added to the mystery surrounding her. Rona was first in orienting her about the house rules, especially with the recent changes. Rona noticed that Shy led an independent life, quite different from the rest of them. Asked for her reason for being in the house, Shy said it was because she needed money. She wasnt rich, she claimed, and was in fact working already. She was no longer in school, because she didnt like studying. During the course of the conversation, Shy injected her apparent crush on Josef. Every so often, she would fish for info on him and drop comments on his appeal: Are Josef and Nikki an item? What is he like? Doesnt he have a cute nose? Hes hot, isnt he? Shy shared that shes single and available, and her soon-to-be boyfriend is Josef. She also wanted to be permanently seated next to Josef. Contrary to her name, she instantly managed to find ways of striking a conversation with the others.

Her crushing on Josef was instantly obvious, especially to Nikki. Without being told, Nikki already felt Shy had a crush on Josef because of the way she looked at him and because Shy took over her chair, which was next to Josef. Earlier, Nikki and Josef were talking and Josef was teasing her about wanting to hug Shy, the way she allowed Alex to hug her. At this, Nikki cringed and recalled Alexs story of dreaming about Beauty, as this turned her off. Conversation wandered off to laziness, as both were tagged to be lazy. Nikki said she was probably lazy with chores, but was active in the tasks. Josef was the other way around.

Punishments and tasks pile up for the teens

Yesterday, Ejay started serving his and Jolas punishment for peeing in the pool. Since the Gentle Giant couldn't do heavy work just yet, the Promdie Hottie did it for both of them. Today, Ejay had to fill 14 drums of pool water and empty it in a corner using only a tabo. He did this with much diligence though the scorching heat of the sun was beating down his back. However much he tried to accomplish this for the whole morning, he was still 5 drums short. The only rest that he had was when he went inside the house to wash the dishes.

Meanwhile, Valerie and Priscilla who are exempted from the bigas punishment weren't left with nothing to do. Kuya tasked the two to cook Pininyahang Manok for the teens. Ejay and Beauty helped the two out. Not long after, the 4 sat down to eat their delightful lunch. As opposed to the others who loved Priscilla's version of pininyahang manok, the chef herself disliked her own dish. She was also doubtful in eating the chicken dish since her allergies erupts if she eats too much. While they were eating they wondered where their fellow housemates were. They cooked for all and yet only the four of them would benefit from it. It has been hours since the others left and they haven't returned, not even for lunch.

Little did they know that Rona, Robi, Alex, Josef, Jolas and Nikki were still doing their bigas punishment. The 6 have been doing it for days on end and yet there were still a lot of empty brown paper bags. Would they finish the task before Kuya beats the buzzer? And could Ejay realistically empty the pool before the season ends? What are Kuya's plans for the teens? Eviction night is only hours away, who will be the next evictee?

The Sickness Bug paid a visit to the guardians

It's the guardians turn to get sick. It's probably an effect of the intense heat this summer, since the guardians are sticklers for hygiene and clean surroundings. Mommy My Love had an allergy attack, so the other female guardians got busy bringing her ice packs and antihistamines. Tita Anna was not having a happy pupu and kept releasing gas. Mommy Minda had high blood pressure and Daddy Erning had a headache. The other three guardians were not spared from body aches as well. Mommy Sandy laughingly commented that there was a factory defect in all of them.

Beauty was back in the house, fortunately within the 24-hour deadline. Yet, like the other sick housemates, wasn't completely healthy yet. Josef was also sick, but still managed to fulfill his role as cook for the rest of the housemates. He thoughtfully prepared an oil-free adobo, with Alex's health in mind. Ejay was still busy scooping water out of the pool with a small tabo. The small drain was far from the pool and beside the plants. The Promdi Hottie wondered how many months it would take him to finish the task, but continued doing it anyway.

On Uber: The housemates show-off their RC racing skills

For the teens' weekly task, they had to maneuver a remote control car within 3 minutes in a race track made of empty C2 bottles, that spanned from the confession room all the way to the living room. The gang felt confident with this particular task and made a bet of 60% of their budget.

Josef was the first one to test his skills on the race track and was able to reach the finish line in less than 3 minutes. Jolas went next, followed by Ejay, who had a bit of car trouble and ended up borrowing the Gentle Giant's RC. Except for Valerie and Nicole, everyone passed the race car test with flying colors. Will Kuya overlook the two housemates' mistakes and declare them successful? Did the guardians pass the same test Kuya gave them?

Meanwhile Beauty is yet to return to the house with only 2 hours to spare before Kuya's 24-hour deadline. With her very bad fall last night, will the doctors give her a clean bill of health? The Gentle Giant exits Kuya's house

The 4th eviction night started with Kuya giving the housemates good news about the combined results of his tuliang bayan projects. Big Brother lauded the male housemates and guardians courage Alex's right of passage operation and the guys sacrifice to have their hair cut giving 327 kids a chance to be circumcised for free. He then showed them some clips of what happened during the event and all the teens applauded and cheered for a job well done.

Host Toni Gonzaga then got down to business and announced who among the nominees are safe from eviction. Robi was the first one to give a sigh of relief and he was soon followed by "BBF" Josef. Rona, who was in tears, gave Jolas a tight hug when her name was called to the safe zone last by Toni. The Gentle Giant and Daddy Ike quickly said their good-byes and wished everyone good luck. They were then ushered to the stage, where they were greeted warmly by Jolas mom. The young man from Bulacan only got 8.66% of the votes while Robi got 44.82%, Josef 29.43% and Rona 17.09%.

Jolas may be out but a new housemate is going in tomorrow! Kuyas house playerng bayan will be making his/her debut tomorrow during the 5th nomination night. Similar to Big Brother US Americas Player, the house player ng bayan will not be taking orders from Kuya but from you, the viewers. Everyday the audience will be asked a poll question about the house players move to which they must text to Kuya their chosen answer. Catch the house players entrance and the details of his/her task tomorrow live in front of the Big Brother house.

Kuya is also on the look out for a special housemate! Pure Koreans, Chinese and Japanese aged 16-19 years old who know how to speak Tagalog can audition on Monday, May 5 from 1-6pm at the Big Brother house. Dont forget to bring your birth certificate or passport.

Priscilla opens up to the girls

Priscilla opened up to Valerie, Rona and Nicole early this morning regarding her hearing disability. After a month of hiding her insecurities, she confesses to the housemates her thoughts on her handicap. She feels that others often judge her personality based on her disability.

Plus her mothers always eager to protect her that she takes steps in advance to spare Priscilla from disappointment. It even got to the point that even when it came to her college education, Mommy Jinky did everything just to make her acceptance to Ateneo easier. Priscilla also shared that she often feels alone in spite of many friends surrounding her. Most of her best friends have boyfriends and shes often left with no one to hang out with, making her an easy target of bullies.

Nicole could not help but shed a tear for Priscilla and she assured the disabled teen that other people would now look at her differently. Priscilla tells them that even though shes going through a lot, she still has high hopes for her future.

Never mind the fact that she can barely hear, she still wants to work in a call center or become a singer someday. She proudly said that she already accomplished some of her dreams, like being a part of PBB and beauty pageants, despite her moms misgivings.

Priscillas revelation also moved Rona to tears bringing her to think about her stay in Kuyas house. She was so worried about being evicted and hoped that she is doing things right. Priscilla encouraged Rona and told her that she knows deep in her heart that her friend is staying not only for this eviction night but for the weeks to come. Rona was so touched by Pris words that she cried even harder.

On Primetime: Aches and Pains

On their fourth day of cheer dancing, Team Rona and Team Priscilla were merged, following the choreography of the winning team. Rona was excited about the stunts and Jolas, though he wasn't feeling well, still stepped in to help out with the steps.

Josef especially tutored Ejay, who was having a difficult time with the steps. A few of the boys were unable to join. Earlier during the week, Alex and Robi were brought to Capitol Medical for a check-up. Both were feeling body pains that grew worse by the day. Robi, diagnosed with muscoskeletal strain, was lucky enough to have been given the go signal to return to the house, way beyond the 24-hour limit. Alex was able to return two hours shy of it.

According to Dr. Angela Pilar Mendez-Mendiola, Alex had viral gastroenteritis. Any form of diarrhea was generally due to unclean surroundings and the current heat. Most of the teensâ€™ illnesses had something to do with poor housekeeping, which had Kuya giving them a serious talking-to. Not only were they disrespecting his house, they were also putting each other's health in danger. A series of punishments followed this. Rona, Priscilla and Robi were tasked to make sure no food was spoiled. If anyone else gets sick because of spoilage, one of them will be evicted. Ejay and Jolas owned up to having peed in the pool. Because Jolas was sick, the punishment of scooping the pool water using only a tabo was given to Ejay.

Next to complain about their aches and pains were Jolas and Nan. Jolas checked his blood pressure, which seemed fine. He was still, however, exempted from the Coke cheer dancing, something that he was looking forward to. Nan also experienced discomfort, but he knew exactly what would cure it: tu-ob, a traditional vaporizing method. Mommy My Love immediately got to work, explaining the steps as she went. In a bowl, she placed rice and mixed in softdrinks, ice and juice. She then boiled this, and had Nan (who was under a heavy comforter) inhale the vapors.

The most painful, probably, was Beauty's injury. During a game, Beauty slipped as she rushed to get her letter, fished from the pool, to the designated board. First to hit the hard floor was her lower back, and it was such a bad fall that it had her writhing and crying. Unable to move much, the housemates fixed her by the sala, face down on the pillows. Medics came in and took her to the hospital for an x-ray. Their fear was she had a fracture, which would take weeks to heal. Kuya informed Mommy Carina of the situation and immediately sent her packing to be with Beauty.

Will the housemates finally understand the grave need to clean their surroundings or do they still need a more serious punishment? Will Beauty make it back within 24 hours or will she be this weeks evictee? Ejay's next move with Valerie was a singing telegram (suggested by Kuya) sung by Nan. Val didn't understand it at first, and was again surprised to learn that the lyrics were Ejay's original. If Kuya was helping out Ejay with Valerie, the opposite is true with the Nicosef tandem. Stay tuned to the goings-on in Kuya's house tomorrow on Uber and Primetime Bida as Kuya instructs Robi to make sure that Josef and Nikki stay away from each other.

The housemates try to help out Daddy Erning

Early this afternoon the teens were called into the activity area to practice their routine. They quickly dressed and had a run through of the choreography amongst themselves. Kuya gave the teens a few minutes to practice and he also reminded them that a P100,000 cash prize is at stake for their chosen guardian beneficiary Daddy Erning. The housemates were earlier asked to chose who among the guardians they think deserved to win P100,000 and they unanimously chose Ejay's father, a simple fisherman.

Though pressured, the teens kept their calm and proceeded with their first formation. Since Jolas, Alex and Robi weren't able to join in the practice the previous days, they were exempted from the task. Jolas however was not at all happy about it since this was one thing that he loves to do. Kuya gave them a few reminders not to go out of bounds, refrain from counting out loud and a buzzer would sound every time they commit a mistake before giving the go signal. Soon the task was over and everyone happily hugged one another for trying their best for Daddy Erning. However since the buzzer went of a total of 14 times, Ejay's dad will only be receiving P30,000. Daddy Erning was still very grateful and he told the teens that he wouldn't forget their generosity.

The housemates get a dose of safety measures

Teens and Guardians were both gathered in the living room for Kuyas surprise guests. Mr. Martin Aguda, head of the Safety Department of ABS-CBN and his team were invited by Kuya to hold a formal training for the housemates. Last week was an eventful season for them since there were a series of illnesses and accidents. Aguda then explained that he was there to lessen these and therefore conduct training on prevention.

The Safety Department is in charge of monitoring the safety of the teens and guardians. When Beauty slipped in the pool, Agudas team gave her first-aid. To start with the lecture he said that there were 2 factors of Safety measures. First of which is Reactive Safety. An example of this was when the teens reported Beautys slip to Kuya and sought help from the medics. The second safety measure is called Pro-Active safety. This focuses on avoiding accidents and illnesses. Mommy Carina was very responsive with the speaker and answered almost all questions. The teens on the other hand listened intently to the lecture and noted the tips.

Earlier, the housemates were tasked to make masks for laters masquerade party. Their creativity and ingenuity were tested and everyone was psyched with the activity. Hours after this task, the guardians and teens were called to dress for the event. Will this masquerade party also be the welcoming event for their new housemate? On Primetime: House Player ng Bayan keeps the mask on

Outside Kuyas house, all are gathered awaiting the entrance of the House Player ng Bayan. This special housemate will not be controlled by Kuya but by guess who? - the audience! The boses ng bayan will be given special tasks to complete, and her move will be decided by the viewers text votes. For each successful task, she will receive P10, 000. Since the House Player and the audience work hand-in-hand, a lucky texter will receive half of the pot money at the end.

Truly a kakontsaba ng bayan, the House Player was mingled in the crowd of masked Kuyanatics. Luis escorted Shy from the crowd up the stage and Mariel gave her lapel and luggage. As soon as Shy entered the house, she already had one task: to not have her identity discovered and her whole face revealed. If so, out she goes. This week, she would have 5 tasks to complete. Her first task would be to pretend that she has a crush on one of the housemates. The Kuyanatics have spoken, and the verdict is: Josef, with 53.72% of the votes!

Last Thursday night, the teens had a pajama party with surprise houseguests: Mariel, Bianca and Luis. Kuya felt that it would be good for them to share their experiences with the teens. The girls were called into the Confession Room where Mariel and Bianca were waiting for them, complete with milk and cookies. Luis went to the boys room and lured them to the kitchen with bowls of popcorn. The topic for this boys/girls night is boys and girls! Nikki and Valerie were the popular answers for their first crushes. Nikki and Rona were the top two for who smelled good. Valerie admitted that she liked Ejay, though probably not as much as he feels for her. Ejay, who was blushing as they talked about his declaration of love, was ribbed for his ka-torpehan. Nikki shared that though there may be a possibility to carry on relationships inside the house, its surely difficult outside. Bianca and Mariel, playing the ate role to the hilt, both believed that, at the end of the day, the next move would still be a personal choice. Luis reminded Josef that hed have to make up his mind at some point. Afterwards, Bianca and Mariel wanted to share more advices, especially with Nikki, and Luis felt honored to be trusted with the boys answers.

One of the topics who had bad breath that started out as a joke blew up to be an issue. After the pajama party, Priscilla kept on hinting at it and Rona took her aside. Rona was concerned because she felt Pris was already being mean, and it wasnt right to keep on keeping inside jokes that was bound to hurt another. Pris got offended with this, feeling that Rona didnt trust her and was insulting her intelligence. Rona eventually cried since this wan't her intention, and didn't want to hurt people. After some time, the two girls were already hugging and all was well once more.

Jolas and Kevin, along with Daddy Ike and Daddy John, were present in tonights show to distribute the bags of rice that the teen housemates painstakingly repacked and weighed. As always, even Kuyas punishments come to a good end.

The teens get a taste of Alphabet Soup

The teens played Alphabet Soup in todays edition of Uber. Letters of the alphabet were placed randomly on the swimming pool and using a giant spoon the housemates must fish out the correct letters to form the answer to Kuyas question about the English vocabulary. The team who forms the most number of correct words will be declared the winners. The housemates were again grouped as Team Rona and Team Priscilla, with Rona and Josef stepping up first to Kuyas word challenge. The girl from Dumaguete obviously had a flair for words and was the one who formed the answer faster. Beauty and Nicole were up next but there was a standstill between the two teams for they couldnt seem to grasp another 5-letter word for "high".

Team Rona eventually figures the answer out earning them another point. Not long afterwards, Ronas team had a three-point lead over Team Priscilla. Will they be able to win over Priscills group this time? Meanwhile, the guardians had a secret challenge in relation to the weekly task. Kuya told them to build a race track in the teens side of the house by using empty bottles of C2. However, the teens should not see them doing the said activity so the guardians sneaked in once again to the other house. Unfortunately, though, Valerie woke up to go to the bathroom and saw some of them. Although the Dazzling Doll did not react to their presence, she definitely noticed some of the parents placing bottles on the kitchen floor.

Food and Health in the PBB house

After being sent to the hospital last night, Robi was safely back in the PBB house while Alex was still missing in action. This got quite a number worried, not just for the general health of the Italian Valentino, but the 24-hour rule that applied to anyone who steps out of Kuyas house. If he wasnt back within the time allotted, it would mean automatic eviction for him. To everyones relief, Alex walked back in the house at around dinnertime, looking good enough to stay inside the house.

Not long after the two got sick that Beauty and Jolas followed suit. But the curse doesnt stop there. Josef, while cooking dinner, accidentally got his finger dipped in newly-boiled oil. No tears for him, though, as he was still able to calmly explain why toothpaste is no longer the best solution to burns. It would, he said, indeed stop the pain, but it would also cause the burnt area to bubble, which would sting even more. Josef was now the main cook in the teens kitchen, but this didnât mean that he would do all the work. Cooking became an event for all, a venue for bonding. All had their own particular task to attend to during meal preparation.

It seemed like Kuyas multiple punishments finally got through to the teens. They held an impromptu meeting to discuss the issue of food spoilage and wastage inside the house. Rona suggested that they already throw out food which looked or smelled quite dubious already. Pricilla stated that they should tell Kuya the reason for throwing some food item, as he might think they were again being wasteful. Josef questioned why they should reach a point where food was being spoiled in the first place. He suggested that they plan the weeks menu already so they have an idea exactly what food items they needed. Also, they should use it in such a way that they would consume the more perishable items at the beginning of the week. Of course, this Lasallite did not forget to inject some fun and yummy idea as he asked that vanilla ice cream be added to the grocery list so they could have a Coke float.

Hearts and health are on the rocks

Nikki asked Beauty to mediate between her and Josef. Beauty helpfully relayed her sentiments, in which Nikki wanted to have little or no exchanges of affection with Josef but wished to retain their being best buds. Josef found this difficult, as they already were too used to treating each other as more than simple friends. The way he sees it, it would be better to just keep a safe distance. To Kuya, Nikki admitted that their actions were not right, especially since Josef had a girlfriend. Asked about her supposed boyfriend, Nikki revealed that they were on the rocks, which started when he left her a couple of months back. Tita Anna joins in the intervention a tad late, but her one-on-one with Josef was permitted by Kuya and supported by Mommy Sandy. It would be better if both teens had someone to guide them. Tita Anna discussed the situation with Josef, explaining that they were being too close for comfort to the point that they lost sight of the others who would be affected, his girlfriend in particular. They need not avoid each other, especially since it was virtually impossible anyway, but they did need to put a limit to their actions towards each other. Should they really decide to take it further, then they should learn to wait until they are out of the house and clear of obligations. They ended the conversation with Tita Anna expressing trust in Josef as she said, You know what to do.

Valerie and Ejay, on the other hand, had a very definitive moment when Ejay surprised Val with the traditional harana and said the three words. The morning after, Ejay apologized to the Dazzling Doll, who assured him it wasnt needed. Val hasnt told the girls yet, and they decided that Ejay would be the one to share it with them. Valerie was again interested in understanding why Ejay said the three words, and Ejay expressed apprehension since he didnt know how to court. Before they could finish talking, the three boys walked in with a choreographed excerpt from the OPM Harana.

Like Ejay, Beauty also let her crush, Alex, know her feelings. She had been avoiding the Italian Valentino recently and he was noticing it. Beauty asks Nicosef to relay her position to Alex, but as it turned out, Kuya became the trigger to her admitting it herself. Kuya tasked her and Alex to work out together and they finally got to talk. Similar to Lindas dilemma, Beauty did not want to like Alex more than she already did, because of respect for his girlfriend and because of someone she liked outside as well. Besides, she didnt want to get hurt. Alex then asked if she wanted distance between them, but Beauty assured him that she wanted to keep their friendship but asks for understanding.

Priscillas Team wins the official One Team, One Summer, One Drink cheer leaders

Team Rona seems to be at a disadvantage for todays Coke cheer dance presentation. Robi injured his arm in yesterdays Uber game and Alex was rushed to the hospital last night for gastrointestinal problems. With two members missing, Rona and Beauty could not help but worry especially now that they are stuck with Ejay, whos notorious for his two left feet. Team Priscilla has taken over the activity area for this mornings practice and is already dancing up a storm.

Robi and Alex had big plans for their presentation today such as drumstick exhibitions and moonwalks. Its all up to the girls from Dumaguete now and Robi can only give them words of encouragement. But apparently this wasnt the only problem they had. Beauty was terribly disappointed upon seeing their costumes for it wasnt what she wanted it to be. Wearing the uniform stripped her of her confidence but there was no time for tears since Kuya called all the housemates to the activity area for the contest.

Unfortunately, Team Rona was also the first to present their routine. Rona, Beauty and Ejay tried their best going into each formation. Robi was feeling tense at the sidelines, scrutinizing each step his team made. Team Priscilla excitedly took their places afterwards although they were also missing Jolas, who was exempted from the task because of stomach pains. All perky and confident in their red and white costumes, Team Priscilla was happy with their performance. After a few minutes, Kuya declared Priscillas team the official One Team, One Summer, One Drink cheer leading choreographers.

Team Josef wins in Agawan Bed

On Uber today, the housemates endurance and strength were put to the test. Two inflatable beds were placed in the pool and each teams objective is to knock down their opponents into the pool without losing any of their members. Jolas was hailed todays referee while the housemates divided themselves into the same teams they had yesterday.

Upon Kuyas signal, the teens were totally pushing against each other on the shaky bed. Team Josef won in the first round and Robi urged his group to do better on the next. Since Josefs teammates were still exhausted from their initial win, Team Robi was able to easily defeat their opponents in round two. The final round will decide who wins the game and every one was psyched and ready to claw at the other team. Finally after grueling minutes of pushing and shoving, Team Josef won the game.

Though Team Josef won in the "Agawan Bed", the Lasallite and Nicole are still aloof with each other. The two are probably still figuring out what to do about Mommy Sandys move to nip their blossoming relationship in the bud. Will they be as victorious in solving this love problem? Teen Challenges for body, mind and heart

After Uber, the teens still hung out in the pool, enjoying the big inflatable mattresses. Josef, on the other hand, missed out on bath time as he tackled kitchen duty and took charge of chopping ingredients, sprinkling spices and even spreading flour on the counter. Robi and Beauty took over with a dish of their own afterwards. After dinner, the teens separated into two groups: one stayed inside the house to attend to their weekly task that involved RC cars, while the other practiced their group dance with Coke bandannas tied around their heads. This was for their additional task where the housemates were again divided into Team Josef and Team Robi. The two were very much into cheers and school spirit in their alma maters, being part of their respective pep squads, and their expertise would now be put to the test as they lead their teams to do a cheer of ABS-CBN summer theme song: One Team, One Summer and Cokes Ang Sarap Dito. After being together for so long, the members of each team were reshuffled and all had to re-adjust. Team Robi was first to occupy the activity area. They had already planned their routine, with Rona in charge of twirling and movement while Robi took charge of formations, transitions and the band. After practice, the teens settled down to a game of Uno, their favorite pastime since the season started.

Tita Anna, who was then in the teens area, was told to go back. She had an earlier tiff with Mommy Carina, but was fortunately spared from giving details to Kuya for now. She told Kuya that she had to focus on what she was going to tell Josef. As she talked to Mommy Sandy, though, she spoke her mind of the character of Mommy Carina and even compared her to Daddy John. Her former ally against the Spanish guardian was now the one she was having trouble with.

Back in the guardians area, too, were Ejay and Nan. After the traditional harana and Ejays declaration of love, the Promdi Hottie was unsure of his next move. According to Val, he should follow his heart, which the four guys (Ejay, Nan, Daddy Erning and Daddy Ike) took to be a good sign. Ideas were thrown around, with the two elders sharing their experiences and expertise. Daddy Erning first pushed Daddy Ike to give suggestions, as he claims he never had to court anyone. A certified chickboy, as Ejay claimed. He was the one who suggested that Ejay give a card and rose, even acting out how to say things. He suggested that Ejay ask Valerie if he had a chance so he wouldnât be waiting for nothing and would know where he stood with her, but the rest contradicted this as it would be too aggressive. Daddy Ike was more romantic. He suggested a heart-to-heart talk as well, but with a subtler theme. The technique, he claimed, is to find out what she likes and do them, to attract her first. Then follow-up with a little white lie (the thought of which had Ejay cringing): tell her that he dreamt of her leaving him,and the thought was too hard to bear it moved him to tears; he didnât want that moment to come. If Ejay would push through with it, time will tell. He and Val were up to be the next roosters and they spent time practicing a short skit. Ejay had Val laughing hard as he imitated roosters and chickens, and Val gamely followed.

Ejay and Valerie Moments

Ejay had decided to make his feelings to Valerie known, so he asked help from Daddy Erning, who was more than willing to pass on courtship strategies to his eldest. Also in on the secret were Ejays closest teen housemate and Daddy Ernings best guardian bud, Nan and Daddy Ike. Both shared the excitement and readily offered their two cents in. While the housemates were sleeping, the Fabulous Four set up the pool area for the traditional harana. Ejay looked fantastic in the classic barong and the rest were traditional harana-istas in their camisa chinos with matching colorful bandannas. Nan was tasked to wake Valerie up with a single white rose. Fortunately, the Dazzling Doll did not put up a fuss and willingly went with Nan. Once she stepped out on the pool area, Daddy Erning started playing the guitar and Daddy Ike led in the singing of a traditional harana song. Ejay, who was sitting on the bench, joined in, directing his attention to Val who sat by him.

Ejay handed her three more white roses, and the two were left alone. For starters, Ejay fed Val some pasta and offered her juice. They later shared a slow danceOverwhelmed with emotions, Valerie started laughing and ended up crying. She felt so special, she said, and no one has ever done anything remotely similar for her. She reiterated that her tears were of extreme joy and not of sadness, making sure that Ejay understood. Ejay dared to take it further: â€œMatagal ko nang alam. Matagal ko nang nararamdaman. Napapansin mo naman yata.â€ Silence. Then, a whispered â€œI love you.

Right after his revelation, uncertainty crept up on Ejay once again as he told Valerie that he hoped she doesnt avoid him because of it. This prompted the Dazzling Doll to reiterate her gratitude and joy at the gesture. To Kuya, Ejay reported with a shy smile, Mukhang may pag-asa.

Beauty and Daddy Erning

The evolution of Josef and Nikkis relationship was recalled. From shy teens, they blossomed in the warmth of young love, that kilig factor. If at first they were very vocal about having respective partners outside the house, they now were treading on shaky ground as they pursued their special feelings for each other. Josef admits to liking Nikki, yet loved his girlfriend. Like he said in the beginning, she was his only other half. How to figure out his tangled relationships is something Nikki would also have to handle herself. Nikki confided in Beauty about her apprehensions. She didnt expect to like anyone; in fact, she was sure of her boyfriend before now, and she couldnt understand herself.There were 4 questions that Nikki was craving to ask Josef. Do you like me? Since when? Why? What will happen outside? They had a long talk and even Beauty, the confidante of both teens, was baffled by the goings-on. This didnt stop Beauty from indulging in a bit of Cupid moves, though. Last Saturday, Josef surprised Nikki when he offered her a single red rose.

Beauty amped the moment by requesting a song from Kuya, to which the couple danced. So affected was Beauty that she walked over to Alex and gave him a big smack on the cheek.

Meanwhile, the Ejay-Valerie tandem was also moving towards somewhere, thanks to Daddy Ernings idea to give 3 red roses to Valerie. The roses were hipped via pulley. Once set, Jolas still had to prod the Promdi Hottie to make his move. Val was crying, missing her family. Later, Ejay worried that he may have been wrong timing but Val assured him that he made her smile.

Young love is bittersweet

The fourth nominations are over and done with and the housemates decided to take a dip in the pool. Rona and Josef initiated the swimming break, no doubt needing to relieve the tension. They shared a dinner of sorts, with chips as the main course. After the nominations, there was an obvious silence on Nikkis end. She and Mommy Sandy had a talk, where the latter expressed disappointment in Nikkis actions towards Josef. Beauty, the confidante of both Nikki and Josef nowadays, was first to approach her. When the other girls came, Nikki clammed up and Beauty tried to cover up for her by saying that she just had a stomachache. This didnât fool the others and Priscilla, for one, prodded her unsuccessfully. Josef was next to ask what the problem was, as Nikkis sullen look was hard to miss. Was it being with him constantly that prevented her from mingling, he wondered out loud. Again, the In Chick refused to answer and Josef left her alone and joined the other housemates.

Josef was already in a pretty serious mood himself and retreated quietly to a bench. Alex came to ask help with some Filipino words, to which he obliged. Again, it was Beauty who approached the teen and got a few thoughts out of him. Beauty shared some of Nikkis concerns, one of them the fact that Josef has been aloof and distant. Josef explained that he already gave his word to Kuya that he would respect his elders, and he wanted to respect Mommy Sandys sentiments, which was why he was making the effort to keep his distance from Nikki. Beauty felt it better for him to talk with Nikki, but Josef felt that distance was better at this point.

Nikki later approached Josef to share her talk with her mom. Mommy Sandy, usually soft-spoken, put her foot down and expressed her disappointment at Nikkis actions in the house. If she wanted to be respected, she said, then she has to act appropriately. She reminded Nikki that she had a boyfriend outside and that Josef also had a commitment to his girlfriend. The conversation came to a stop, with Nikki shedding tears. Beauty and Rona comforted her after. Josef kept his thoughts to himself and eventually left Nikki alone. He joined the rest of the housemates in praying the rosary instead. So deep in prayer was he that he stayed behind long after the rosary was done. Mindless of his housemates murmurs around him, he expressed thanks and asked for guidance.

Serious talks and Kevin's surprise

5 weeks inside the house and an upcoming nomination stirred competition and worries in the house. The girls wondered on the events of the following weeks and are curious about Kuyas plan. 12 of them are still in the house and they have barely a month before the Big Night. Beauty offered that there would be a twist and considered the possibility of two housemates being evicted in a week. The fear of being possibly evicted prompted Priscilla to think about her mom and immunity games. Her mom has been evicted by the teen council weeks ago and this ruined her chances of participating in immunity games. Another cause of worry was the rule that once a guardian leaves, the teen leaves as well. She then saw herself and Valerie at a disadvantage since their guardians were missing. Beauty allayed her fears and worries by saying that Kuya didnt mention anything about the two girls leaving and this shouldnt be a cause of alarm for Priscilla.

Following this discussion is an invitation by Kuya to the activity area. The teens instantly crammed to the area in excitement and were welcomed by Daddy John and Kevin. The guardians were also invited by Kuya and the mothers hoped that the surprise would be actors, Sam Milby and Piolo Pascual. Though they didnt get their wish, they were still happy to see the Spanish father and son. Kevin and Daddy John prepared an all-Filipino lunch for everyone and all were excited to dig in. Even Beauty who was on a diet couldnt contain herself and soon devoured the lunch.

This would be the last lunch Kevin would be having with his fellow housemates and yet they were still unaware of this. Kevin then was unlike himself and was quiet for most of the time. Instead of participating in the merriment, he chose to be with best bud, Alex. Daddy John on the other hand was in a joyous mood and kidded around with everyone.

Love Stories in the House

Valerie received an award for a game: a bowl of sinigang na baboy. She was asked to choose one housemate to share it with and, without batting an eyelash, she chose Ejay. She hasnt forgotten the buko incident and, besides, Ejay was hungry and it was his fave dish. This got the other boys worked up and they even sang love songs to complement the sweet scene. Kuya then talked to Ejay and the Promdi Hottie confessed that he was in love with the Dazzling Doll. Thing is, he had no idea how to go about the courtship. Though he and Val were more comfy with each other ever since their cup punishment, he still knew nothing about stepping up to the next level. In the end, he asked his dad and Nan to help him out. Daddy Ike was also included in the Operation Ligaw. Mommy Sandy voiced out her concerns to Kuya. Though she still retained her calm demeanor, there was a certain edge to her voice that held a warning that she meant business. In a nutshell, she wanted Nikki and Josef away from each other. They were simply too close for comfort. Kuya called Nikki in and the two talk. She was very concerned about the extra intimate relationship of the two in the house. An excerpt of their Q & A.

Mommy Sandy was not convinced. They were a conservative family, and having two boyfriends, or appearing to at the very least, was a definite no-no. This is even aside from the fact that Josef has a girlfriend outside. In her calm way, she clarified that she was only reminding Nikki of the situation, but heres the catch: If you do that, I rather go home nalang. Kuya signaled Nikki to go back to the house, but before she did, she asked, What if we like each other? Mommy Sandy, truly a mother who wanted to give in to her daughter but is dead set on keeping her principles straight, told her to not rush into things and definitely not to do it inside the PBB house. As she later explained to Tita Anna, if they really want to, then they should finish their previous commitments outside first.

Afterwards, Nikki and Josef kept their distance. They later talked by the pool, and after their serious talk, resumed their sweet mode. This continued until morning when Nikki and Pris were first in the housemates punishments to dress and act as roosters, crowing at those who were still asleep. Nikki stayed by Josefs side and even bit him on the arm. Josef, who was made to wear goggles occupied by one fighting fish per eye (Tita Annas violation, actually, since she kept on wearing shades in the house), had a hard time eating and resting, so Nikki kept him company. Josef warned her not to sleep, to which she responded that she wasnt. She was thinking about him, her mom, and the guy outside. During a pool game, the two were caught on cam as they were again too close for comfort on one side. Unfortunately for them, this was shown to the guardians.

Nicole and Josef still at odds with Mommy Sandy

After voicing out her concern over Nicole and Josefs growing fondness for each other, Kuya allowed Mommy Sandy to talk with her daughter. Nicole was left in tears after hearing what her mom had to say about her closeness with Josef. And as a resolve to follow Mommy Sandys wishes she and the Lasallite avoided each others company this morning. However, they still could not help themselves from exchanging meaningful glances.

Beauty also had the same opinion about Josef and Nicoles budding relationship and tried to discourage them. She told Josef that Nicole is going to listen to her moms advice and has decided to just remain friends with the Lasallite. Beauty added that the two housemates should stop being too affectionate towards one another. She believes that things would be fixed if Josef and Nicole talk about the situation instead of just avoiding each other. It wasnt a very good solution and besides, their sudden estrangement would also rouse the curiosity of the other housemates. Josef, on the other hand, only remained silent all through out Beautys litany.

Meanwhile, another pair inside the house was given a special task. The housemates have this bad habit of sleeping in late in the morning and Kuya assigned Ejay and Valerie the duty of waking everyone up on time this morning. Dressed as chickens, the two had to badger the teens with their constant crowing. Their first target was Alex, who is usually the last housemate to get out of bed. Ejay and Val counted to three and crowed beside the Italian Valentinos bed. It was so loud that Alex woke up with a start. Josef gave the two quite a challenge by pretending to be not bothered by their noise. Priscilla also wanted to give them a hard time and said she would doze off once again when they stop. Ejay warned her not to and as soon as she closed her eyes, Valerie leaped to her feet and started crowing again. Priscilla promised not to sleep again afterwards.

Volleypool and other games

The teens played Volleypool, PBB style. Team Josef had already won several games in a row and were determined to beat Team Robi. Jolas once again acted as the referee. Team Josef was the first to serve and soon commanded a big lead over their opponent. Team Robi was able to play catch up and scored 28 points. However, their victory was short-lived as Team Josef managed to clock in 36 points and emerge as winners.

The teens also played a "Where in the World" game. A map was placed in the confession room and the teens had to guess from what part of the world their fellow housemates came from. Alex mistook Luzon for Mindanao while Valerie confused Spain for France. In the end, Robi and Nicole proved to be more knowledgeable than their fellow housemates when each got six correct answers.

Ejay, who placed last in the map game, emerged as a winner of sorts when he had to court Valerie Pinoy-rooster style. The two had been tasked to become roosters who had to keep the housemates up. Ejay had the extra task of courting Valerie the rooster way. He circled Valerie a number of times and crowed like crazy. He was so hilarious that Valerie couldnt help but laugh hysterically.

Meanwhile, Nicole and Josefs friendship became strained with Nicoles Mommy Sandy threat of a voluntary exit should her daughter pursue a relationship with him. Will the sheltered In-Chick choose to follow her moms advice or to pursue a romance with her housemate? And how will Josef and Mommy Sandy receive her decision? Kevin and Daddy John leaving

What was expected to be a live eviction turned out to be a planned farewell. The teens and the guardians were surprised when Big Brother announced that voting had been stopped to honor Kevin and John's decision to make a voluntary exit. Kevin confessed how he will miss all the housemates especially his fellow Euro kid and close bud, Alex. Daddy John said goodbye to the other guardians and hugged all the teens who cried buckets as the house let go of a couple of colorful characters.

Kevin faced the beginning of this week by being nominated for the second time. This urged him to think that he is not really welcomed by the housemates, even those who appear to be in good terms with him. On the other hand, John's brewing dispute with fellow guardian Anna flared up when John lashed out at Josef and Anna rushed to her nephew's defense. But after agreeing to make a voluntary exit, Kevin and John decided to make efforts to bury the hatchet with Anna and Josef. Although John successfully made peace with the Lasallite, Kevin failed to convince Josef's aunt to raise the white flag.

The Spanish teen then asked his father to take the first step, and John tried to surprise Anna with a special "breakfast in bed." Anna acknowledged John's sincerity, but she privately told Kuya that John still needs to learn and respect her personality. The two got a chance to talk, and although reconciliation remained far-fetch, John revealed to Anna that he and Kevin are making a voluntary exit. When Anna asked why, John said that it is just impossible for his son to win the competition. Despite the tearful moment, John still managed to remain positive. "I want you all to win." he said. In their return to the outside world, Kevin and John could not be more excited to finally have the chance to explore the city, "We're gonna have fun. We're going to see Manila."

Punishments for the Teens

Rona and Jolas were the bearer of bad news as they relayed the bigas punishment for moving the table in the guardians area to the rest of the housemates. Priscilla, Valerie and Beauty were spared from the task but the rest had to fill 50 paper bags with husked rice using only chopsticks. The teens had to be extra careful and make sure that not a grain would be wasted. If they do not accomplish this by tomorrow, they would receive worse punishment.

The first batch of teens to do the task was Rona, Jolas and Nicole. They immediately positioned themselves around the sack of rice and went to work. Alex, Robi and Nan, who were supposed to be part of the next batch, helped them and assisted in transferring the uncooked rice. Unfortunately for them, the rice spilled and scattered on the floor. They then had to pick it up one by one with their chopsticks.

Actually, this was not the only penalty from Kuya that the housemates were serving today. First, Rona received a tilaok punishment as a reprimand for helping Chicken Ejay and Chicken Valerie in waking up the teens. The young debater has to crow like a rooster at the end of every line she speaks. Second, Robi was called into the confession room this morning and was told that everyone is restricted from drinking C2, Coke and eating Nissin until further notice. The housemates seemed to be forgetting their veggies again and had a lot of spoiled food in the refrigerator so Kuya deemed that they deserved another punishment. The teens felt miserable and Rona tried to cheer them up by saying they could always load up on chips should they feel hungry.

Dunkin Apple on Pools

On this afternoons Uber game, host Mariel Rodriguez plunged into the cold pool in her gold bikini to demonstrate how to play "Basket-pool, Basket Full of Apples" game. The housemates must first swim to the middle of the pool, where some apples were floating. Members of each team must be able to bite and hold an apple in his/her mouth while swimming back to the end of the pool. The team that collects the most number of apples in their basket will win a special Waldorf salad courtesy of the losing housemates.

Team Robi today was composed of Robi, Rona, Beauty, Alex and Ejay while Team Josef was made up of Josef, Nicole, Josef, Valerie, Priscilla and Jolas. Upon Kuyas signal, members of each team took turns dunkin for apples as fast as they could. By the end of the first round, the teams were tied with 7 apples apiece. However Robis team pulled ahead in the next round and was declared the Basket-pool champs with a total of 18 apples in their basket. Team Josef only scored a total of 10 apples.

Although shivering, Team Robi gave their captain a pat on the back. They also celebrated their win with a group hug. Will the Waldorf salad, to be made by Team Josef, taste as good as their victory? 3 First-timers and a Veteran Nominee

Yesterday, Kevin had his last swim in the pool. Had the others known that it would have been their last dive with the Spanish Stallion, more would have joined him. Daddy John took time to say his thank yous and goodbyes to the other guardians, though they thought it a normal and a somewhat paranoid assumption on his part. Until the last minute, no one had any hint that Kevin and Daddy John had already opted for a voluntary exit. It was a shock to all when Kuya announced that, in fact, voting had been stopped since Wednesday to respect the Spanish pairs decision. All had stunned looks on their faces. Mommy Sandy wore Daddy Johns signature black shirt, explaining that she understood him and reminded her of her husband. Mommy Minda couldnt believe that Daddy John didnt see it to the end. Even Tita Anna was teary-eyed and she later told Kuya that he was closest to her of all the male guardians.

She was happy that they were able to have a sense of closure and now remembered him as someone who intellectually stimulated her. Josef felt a sense of closeness to Daddy John, especially after their talk. He remembered how Daddy John said the he regarded Josef as a son, something that touched the rowdy teen. Of all the teens, Alex was the one obviously affected by Kevins exit. They were like twins, he said, and had been inseparable since day one.

After Kevins voluntary exit yesterday and Beautys win in the immunity game, 10 housemates were left at the edge of their seats, awaiting this weeks nominees. The first batch was composed of Robi, Nan and Alex, all yet to feel the stress of a possible eviction. From them, the highest pointer from the guardians votes, Robi received the first spot on the nominees list. The guardians felt that since he was already well off and may miss his dad, he had no need of the win and was expendable. Tied at 10 points each, Josef and Jolas join the list. The housemates felt that Jolas was too lazy and tended to boss others around; one felt that he was a threat, showing that reality of competition was already a factor in the decision. Josef has yet to experience not being nominated. Reasons against him included offensive jokes, problems that included others, recent distance from housemates, and that he simply had not changed his ways. Rona, who got 7 votes, was in the list because of the tie. Some felt that she missed her mom too much already, that she complained a lot and may be seeking attention.

Teens and Guardians dancing Chachacha

The teens are up and about this morning to practice for their weekly task. 50% of their budget is once again at stake and they were determined to make a longer grocery list compared to the one they made this week. Since last night, Rona was very particular in perfecting the steps and until this morning she pursued this goal with determination. The teens had difficulty in synchronizing their steps and had problems in counting. They then counted aloud to resolve this. Though Kevin would be leaving tomorrow, he still exerted much effort into the dance and his energy was high.Ejay on the other hand experienced much difficulty since he wasnt accustomed to dancing. He constantly sought Jolas advice to polish his steps. He never stopped practicing even when the others took a break. Rona then assisted him and pointed out his problem he was too stiff. She then shook his shoulders to loosen him up a bit.

The guardians were also as excited to perform as the teens are and they were also up early to do the hip-hop routine. Daddy Erning was the most excited of all and wore his costume even when the presentation washours away. The guardians also had problems in counting. Daddy Ike suggested that they should take their cues from listening to the beat of the musice very well.

Its Jolas birthday, and it was kicked off with a surprise 2-on-2 basketball game. Jolas and Daddy Ike tested their skills against PBA idols James Yap and Peter Simon. Daddy Ike couldnt believe his luck, especially at his age. Jolas received James jersey. The two PBA stars got a bit of a jolt as Kuya implied that they could be housemates, but later on shared that both thought Jolas had the potential to make it big, Another surprise came in the form of chicken feeet, the Gentle Giants fave dish. This was prepared by Mommy Susana, Jolas mom, and the teen couldnt help but cry as he read her card which came with the food. Daddy Ike also stepped in, complete with a cake. Daddy Ike couldnt help but shed some tears, as he recalled how he never got round to buying Jolas a birthday cake.

Its eviction night in just a few more hours, and more tears are sure to be shed by the housemates. The voluntary exit was still unknown, and things go on as before in the two households. Robi crossed over to the guardians area to talk to Daddy John and Tita Anna. Daddy John explained that he was tough on Josef because the teen was his fave, even before being in the PBB house. He saw himself in Josef and felt that the Lasalllite was another son to him, which was also why he didnt want people to regard him as a lazy guy. Tita Anna was up next in talking to Robi, but she was quite skeptical about Daddy Johns sentiments. Despite Robi reminder to keep an open mind, she insisted that she did not and would not believe in anything Daddy John says, so it would be virtually useless to talk to him. Mommy Minda later adds her two cents, saying that all should learn to forgive. She even gives religion a shot as she gives Jesus as an example, saying that if Jesus who did not sin could forgive, then so should we. Still antagonistic, Tita Anna replied, E hindi ako si Jesus e.

Cleaning up time teens

Both households task this week is to present a dance number: hiphop for the guardians and ballroom for the teens. Dance instructors Mickey and Saicy, both ex-housemates from PBB Season 2, are back with their respective dance partners to coach the housemates in this task. Though Kevin and Daddy John have already given their final decision about exiting Kuyas house, both were still very much active in rehearsing. As they promised Kuya, they would use their remaining time in the house to strengthen the relationships within it, and performing in this task is one way of doing it.

The teens finished their blocking for the salsa and started on their chachacha. Saicy had to remind them that this was a task to keep them from being overly-comfortable with the activity. Seemed like they enjoyed it and were taking it seriously as well as they even practiced their steps that evening. Rona, whose position wasnt front and center for nothing, gamely led Alex and Kevin through the steps. Nikki joined in a while later. Afterwards, Nikki and Josef again had their bonding moments: from sleeping on the couch to exchanging vague questions and answers.

Over dinner, Daddy John kept his peace and just washed dishes. Tita Anna had small comments like personally paying for certain food, probably still an issue from the lessened budget. Mommy Minda frowns at this, commenting Bakit may ganon-ganon pa? Kevin, on the other hand, had an opportunity to talk to Josef later that evening as the latter was washing dishes. Kevin initiated the conversation as he asked Josef about what happened to him in the guardians area. Josef gave a general gist of facts, that he got into an argument with Daddy John. Hoever, he didnt rub it in anymore and balanced his statement by explaining that it probably happened because Daddy John also treated him as his kid.

Team Robi wins the Hand-bridged Game

On Uber, the teens played a Hand-bridged game in the pool. They would have to form a human bridge by locking their arms and they would have to carry their teammate across the water. Originally the teen to be carried had to tuck two balls under each armpit but since this was too difficult for both teams, Kuya modified the game and allowed them the use of their arms for balance. Team Robi was the first one to do the relay. Birthday boy Jolas was at a disadvantage, being 6, making it harder for his teammates to balance him on their arms. He was then asked to sit down so his weight will be distributed equally and soon enough every one had their turn.

Team Josef however had a different strategy. Instead of the teen to be carried sitting down, he/she would have to stand up. Though Rona was slim, she still had difficulty balancing herself and fell towards Ejay, who was already shivering because of the cold water in the pool. Next was Priscilla, who despite of her efforts to stand still failed to get across. Her housemates had to just carry her over to the other side just to finish the game.

Team Robi was declared the fastest team and the winners of the game. At this point, they have already won several games against their fiercest competitors. These teams however arent just competitors in games but also at ends with one another. Jolas and Kevin, who are members of Team Robi and Team Josef respectively, also had a heated battle last night during an open forum. Kevin finally confronted Jolas about his laziness and for being too bossy around the house. This irked Jolas who said he will soon leave the house if this irritates the Spanish guy so much.

Spanish father and son choose to leave

Earlier this week, Ejay and Valerie were tasked to piece together a cup that they had broken with their hands tied together. Kuya wanted to teach them the value of teamwork and cooperation, and how each move they make affects another. It took them two days to accomplish the task, and when it was done, they find the cup glued to the table. For the second time, it broke into pieces as Ejay tried to pry it off. Kuya gave them 10 minutes to get it back to the Confession Room in one piece, or else all teens were doomed to stay in the small house for the duration of the season. With some help from the other teens, the couple accomplished their task and earned the right for all teens to move back to their original quarters. They had to move back in 5 minutes (similar to the 30-second rule given to Beauty and Luis), so with screams and giggles, the teens scrambled back to the main house. In the midst of all the excitement, Kevin announced that he was exiting that night.

Daddy John had a serious talk with Kuya, explaining that he was already tired of all the friction and so was Kevin; both wanted out. He stressed, though, that he learned a lot and saw how Kevin was such a man for sticking to his principles, making his son his hero. PBB was one of lifes best experiences and that he only had high respects for Kuya. His sentiments were echoed by Kevin, who was then called in. Father and son shared the same feelings and relief was obvious in both as they mutually decided to voluntarily exit the house. Kuya clarified the decision and agreed, but their exit was to be postponed until Saturday. Meanwhile, they should try to strengthen the bond of friendship in both houses, an effort that had to be both seen and felt by the housemates. Once alone with Kevin, Kuya asked the lads personal feelings about exciting, and again, he remains unwavering in the decision to leave and is actually happier for it. Daddy John requests that he be able to come to terms with Josef and to be given the chance to cook a meal for both households on Friday night.

Both Spaniards were in high spirits as they go back to their respective households. However, some housemates were quite skeptical. No one knew about their exit plans yet. Beauty and Josef couldnt understand Kevins sudden change of mood. Tita Anna assumed that the hair cutting sacrifice was Daddy Johns idea. She felt that it was primarily Kevins fault for not giving in to circumcision and Daddy Johns revenge to cut Josefs hair in such a fashion.

Happy Birthday Jolas!

Jolas must be the first housemate to have the longest running celebration inside Kuya house. Yesterday, Priscilla made an advance birthday lunch for him. Kuya gave Jolas a surprise too, which was a face to face meeting and a basketball game with pro-basketball player, James Yap. Today, on Jolas exact birthday, every one woke up all giddy and excited for his party. Josef wanted to please the well-loved housemate and offered to cook sinigang. He rummaged through the refrigerator for ingredients but he only found rotten vegetables.

Rona came to his rescue and segregated the fresh ones from the old ones. She wanted to help in cooking the dish so Josef taught her how to cut the vegetables properly. Nicole also offered to help to speed up the cooking process. While the three were busy preparing the dish, the birthday boy bonded with Beauty and Robi. While the housemates were busy playing their favorite card game in the boys bedroom, Rona and Beauty were told to go in the confession room. Kuya asked them to find out Jolas favorite food and know the story behind it. They should be careful in asking these questions however and Jolas should not notice they are snooping around. Jolas would be invited later to see Kuyas surprise in the storage room.

The PBA All-stars vs. the PBB All-stars

James Yap and Peter Simon of the Tender juicy Giants are in the house! The two PBA stars challenged Jolas and Daddy Ike in a 2-on-2 game which thrilled the basket ball fanatics. Though Jolas is now unable to play for his team, he was able to achieve his dream of playing with his idol James. Priscilla, who acted as the cheerleader was equally thrilled since she had a fondness for basketball players. Daddy John was also all geared up and acted as the referee.When the pros scored the first point of the game, the PBB team didnt let this affect their game. The father and son tandem even showed off some unique moves that impressed James and Peter. The PBA stars lead in the game early but Daddy Ike and Jolas score werent too far behind. Daddy Ike guarded Peter Simon closely while his son tried his hardest to block James throws. Even Daddy John was so into the game that he couldnt help but cheer Team PBB on.

When Big Brother declared a half-time break, with the PBA team and PBB team scoring a 40 and a 38 respectively, Jolas lead the guests to the main house to rest. It was also during this time the two teams were formally introduced to each other. Beauty took this opportunity to bring out glasses of water to the players, her excuse to meet the pros. After the game the other teens were allowed to see the stars and Ejay was dumbfounded seeing the basketball players. Kuya then invited him to play against the team and the Promdie Hottie immediately jumped on his feet.

Birthday bonding with Luis

Luis truly got a birthday surprise whenthe housemates made him a cake, invited him in to blow his candles, and realized Kuya meant for him to be stuck inside the house as the latest houseguest. Luis took it in stride, though traces of nervousness were obvious in his face. He already got a hint from way back, when Kuya made him dive under the pool to retrieve a box containing his very own bathrobe. He didnt expect it on his birthday, though. His entrance in the teen household lessened the tension of nomination night incredibly, especially as the girls were too excited to pay that much attention. After going off-air, Luis changed clothes and started warming up to the other teens. He had dinner with them and even helped Valerie store the excess food.

He was put in the hot seat, with the housemates pitching him questions one after the other, all of which he fielded quite well. From this, the housemates learn some trivia bits: he once wanted to take med, he is taking up HRM (and is about to finish already, thank you very much), is seeing someone regularly, and is thinking about having a tribal tattoo in white ink (like Justin Timberlake). He was asked a bit about the other hosts, but he only said, masaya sila. Luis was also taught the steps to the theme song Kabataang Pinoy, making him part of the production. Beauty informed him of the 30-second lapel rule, as he now had to be conscious of using his lapel. They also made him play several rounds of Uno, the teens fave pastime. Luis hung out with a few of them after. He took time to listen to their concerns as well, dispensing his views on certain things. He advises Nikki to make the most out of the PBB experience, pushing herself forward in the need arises. The housemates waited til midnight and greeted Luis. Kuya was also kind enough to provide pizza and pasta (with dessert!) for a small midnight birthday celebration.

Kuyas Barber Shop

The boys have been worrying about their new hairdos since this afternoon. They all really wanted to help out Daddy John and Kevins cause but they also love their hair a lot! The guys also hoped that Beauty will be the one to execute the task since she was an expert on these things. However, they were surprised to find a magic barbers chair in the activity area acting as the pointer to Kuyas hairstyle roleta. The housemates almost rolled on the floor with laughter when they saw the hairstyles they will be sporting in a few minutes. Each pointed out the pros and cons of each style and everyone prayed that they get the one which will be easiest to live with. Josef was the first one to sit in Kuyas chair and he landed in a skunk-looking type of hairstyle. The Lasallite looked like he was about to cry when Daddy John turned on the electric shaver. Josef admits to being vain when it comes to his hair but how will he fix this now?

Nan stepped up to the challenge next and ended up with a complicated hairstyle. A shape of a hand must be shaped at the back of his head and it took Kevin a while to finish the look. Following the Davaoeno was Ejay, who leaped for joy when he got his wanted look on the roleta plus his requested hairdresser, Beauty. His hairstyle involved only a tuft of hair on his forehead. Alex was also very happy with his hairstyle, a simple Mohawk. Daddy John only had to repeat the process he did to Daddy Ike and was done in a few minute. Beauty even gave him blue hair color to compliment his punk hairstyle.

Bone-benders and funky hairstyles

Luis stay in the PBB house was short but sweet. In his quick moment in the Confession Room, Kuya had friends Iya, Nikki, Art and Ron greet him via video. While they were fixing his birthday feast in the storage room, Luis was greeted by his mom, Gov. Vilma Santos, who is a self-confessed Kuyanatic. Later on, Beauty relayed the 30-second rule, in which he was supposed to move all his stuff in thirty seconds, or get stuck in the house. He was able to accomplish it without difficulty, especially since the housemates hauled his stuff with him. He forgot his pillow, but the girls quickly brought that to him " after taking a few sniffs on the way.

This weeks task was already given out: a dance number by both teens and guardians. Just as they switched houses, so will the two generations switch dance genres. The teens would dance ballroom while the guardians would dance to Janet Jacksons Feedback. Back in the house to help them out with this task were ex-housemates from PBB Season 2, Saicy and Mickey (the second big placer). Saicy was accompanied by Ian, a dance instructor, to teach the teens some ballroom steps. They kept reminding the boys to handle the girls gently. Mickey coached the guardians in their hiphop steps, giving simple and easy-to-follow directions to comply with the oldies concerns about aching joints. Kuya ups the guardians motivation as he promises rewards for the best dancers.

A special task was given to Daddy John and Kevin in exchange for the circumcision of 100 kids. They were supposed to convince the boys of both households to change their hairstyles, to be decided by the spinning of the wheel. The boys will draw the name of their personal hairstylist, the favorite being Beauty. Since Daddy John was bald, Kuya had him wear a long-haired wig instead. Since Rona, Valerie and Priscilla were busy preparing dinner, they had no idea about what happened to the other housemates. When they came in for dinner, the boys decided to keep their hair hidden under towels and made a big show of revealing their new hairstyles after. Despite the funky hair, there were no ill feelings, especially after they found out it was all for a good cause.

A Clash of Teen Personalities

A card game this morning further caused Nicole and Josef to drift apart. Josef left the game and brooded in a corner for a very long time. It seems like the Tita Annas worsening health is putting too much pressure on the Lasallite. Rona unconsciously added to the tension by asking Josef if he will be really leaving tomorrow and all the answer she got was silence. The girls have actually noticed him crying every night which made them prod Nicole to talk to he best bud. She refused however reasoning out that shes always the one seeking him out first.

Meanwhile, trouble was also brewing between Alex and Beauty, who got into a fight because of Tagalog lessons. Rona was originally tasked to help Alex out with his Filipino but Beauty offered to do the job for her. But in the middle of lessons, Beauty stormed out because she felt that Alex didnt want her as his tutor. Nicole tried her best to settle the issue between the two by talking to Alex. The Italian Valentino however denied Beautys accusations. He even said that it was Beauty who is at fault because she seemed more interested in fussing with her hair and gossiping with the other girls than teaching him. Alex didnt want to fail Kuyas task so instead he asked Rona to help him again.

PBB Guardian-caused tension and an unsuspecting houseguests

The teens awoke to plastic containers tied onto a pulley in the garden area. At first, Robi thought they were going to use them to get water, but later, Kuya corrected him by laying out another task. The teens were made to prepare lunch for the guardians with Kevin being the designated cook. They placed the baked chicken and toyo rice combo in the container and helped in hauling the meal safely over the wall. Mommy Carina, who was cycling at the moment, saw it and excitedly called all guardians to bring the food in.

This teen-guardian moment was followed by the task given to Daddy John and Kevin, which would ensure that free circumcision for 100 kids will push through. They had to convince the boys of both households to change hairstyles. So excited was Daddy John that he was halfway through making Daddy Ike bald before Kuya called him in to remind him that he was not told to push through with it yet. Mommy Sandy gamely offered two inches off her tresses until Daddy John said that it was a boys only task.

Before the task though, a more pressing issue was at hand: nominations. Of the remaining teens, Josef, Kevin and Nikki were nominated. As it is, Josef was already made to stay temporarily in the guardians side, only allowed back for the live nominations. All three were at a loss for words, barely sayingmore than the basic help sentiments.

The tension of the nominations were somewhat eased with the entrance of house guest and birthday boy Luis Manzano. Under the pretense of having to blow a cake made by Priscilla and the other girls, Luis was asked by Kuya to enter the house. Before long, he found himself trapped in, a housemate as well. The boys were in awe of his six-packs and the girls were ecstatic, with Beauty striking a pose and Priscilla trying to wiggle her way to Luis side. Rona, though all smiles as well, reminds the girls to behave. Later, she and Val had Luis housemate paraphernalia and PBB luggage in tow. Luis was challenged to make the teens sleep before sunrise, but it was next to impossible as Kuya kept piping in music that had them dancing the Papaya dance and their theme song, Kabataang Pinoy along with Luis. He also spent time dispensing advice to Nikki and Beauty.

Kevin and John step up their game

As soon as Daddy John woke up this morning, he started working on his and Kevins new task of convincing the male housemates to change their hairstyles. His first victim was Daddy Ike, who was very reluctant at first. But with John following him all around the house all morning, Ike soon agrees. Quickly wearing his spectacles, John started snipping of Ike hair much to Daddy Erning and Mommy Minda amusement. The Spanish Daddy had absolutely no experience in hairdressing and was trying his hardest to give Daddy Ike a Mohawk. Not long enough, even Mommy My Love noticed the spectacle going on at the corner of the house. Daddy Ike had to finally check his hair after My Love started giggling non-stop.

After what happened to Daddy Ike, Erning immediately became apprehensive of changing his hairstyle. Daddy John wasnt able to convince him and called it a day. Surprisingly, Nicoles mom wanted to have her hair cut to help others and cheerfully volunteered herself. But the sacrifice is only for the dudes in the house!Meanwhile at the former secret quarters, Kevin was also busy accomplishing his task of preparing a special dish for the guardians. He was determined to make a delicious roast chicken and had Ejay and Robi try it. The Atenean was also very helpful to the Spanish Stallion in the kitchen, contributing to the successful outcome of the dish.

New nominees and the birthday boy inside Kuyas House

This week had teen housemate Josef on the edge because of his Tita Annas desire to exit the house. According to Kuyas house rules, should this happen, Josef goes with her. Fortunately, she finally decided to stick it out with Josef. Josefs mom, Marinez Elizalde, expressed her sentiments in a quick interview. She was grateful for Tita Annas sacrifices and also shared her concern about Josefs feelings about not having his parents in the PBB house. Meanwhile, as Nikki and Beauty shed tears over Josefs supposed exit, Josef was made to stay in the guardians area overnight. He and Tita Anna talked about the goings-on in the teens side of the house and shared impressions. Of course, Nikki came up in the discussion, in which Josef made clear that there is nothing serious going on between him and Nikki, especially because he has a girlfriend outside. Before long, Kuya called Josef in the Confession Room and later, Nikki was first in seeing him return to the housemates. Josef was all smiles, feeling very much cared for. But, as Josef himself stated, they were like a family, all were like brothers and sisters.

His smiles were not for long, though, because even if he didnt voluntarily exit the house, Josef was again nominated for eviction. The guardians were given the chance this time to have a voice in the nominations, and Josef got the most points. Joining him were Kevin and Nikki. The Gentle Giant was immune in this weeks nominations, thanks to winning an immunity game, where the teens had to make the guardians laugh. The classic jack en poy broke the four-way tie, and Jolas won the ice scraping final test, 59 cups of shaved ice to Josefs 30. The highlight of the evening and something to definitely watch out for is Kuyas newest houseguest, Luis Manzano. Its his birthday and the housemates had a cake for him. Kuya condoned the teens request to have him in the house, and a flustered Luis followed. Within seconds, Toni took over his spot and Kuya instructed him to stay put: another houseguest. Of course, the moment he had to retrieve a bathrobe from the pool during the house tour, Mariel already predicted this situation. Luis just didnt expect it on his birthday. His presence lessened the tension of nominations, as the housemates (especially the girls) were giggling and grinning when he entered.

Anger management and Linda's good-bye

Linda finally tells the other housemates that she has opted for a voluntary exit. Though they initially tried to stop her, they respected her decision, especially after knowing the reason behind it. They all agreed that, should they have to make the same choice, they would also prioritize their family. Hugs were shared all around, and Linda requested that they spend her last days with them being happy. That evening, as the housemates slept, Linda got to spend some time chit-chatting with Alex, her proclaimed crush. The guardians also felt for Linda, but also believe that no amount of fame and fortune can equal love. The teens fix a surprise for Linda: song numbers, flowers, a homemade card, short speeches and the classic group hug. As Linda entered the Confession Rooom to have her last moment with Kuya, she was greeted by an emotional Daddy Hans and her younger bro. Kuya informs Daddy Hans of Lindas choice, of how she is a good housemate and a loving daughter, driving him to tears. After saying goodbye to all the guardians, Linda also shared a tight hug with buddy Beauty.

If the teens were learning to get along, the guardians were quite a different story. Daddy John and Tita Anna had a heated argument about the task to make ice cream. Daddy John felt that Tita Anna was not contributing as much. Mommy Carina and Mommy My Love, who were members of the other ice cream making team, also felt the brunt of Johns anger. Because of this, Mommy Carina had to have quiet time and Beauty was sent over. Mommy Minda was the peace maker, explaining that arguments were inevitable in all types of relationships, but the two wouldnt hear of it. Beauty joined in and explained how she and Kevin finally got around to getting along, prompting Mommy Minda to comment about the child being wiser than her elders.

Teens play Human Slot Machine

In Uber today, the teens and the guardians played a very exciting game of Human Slot Machine. The housemates, who wore cartoon character costumes, memorized three poses before the game. In groups of three, they must strike a pose when a guardian shouts Freeze! If all of them stop doing the same pose, the guardian will pick a gold bar in Kuyas treasure chest. Prizes at stake inside the gold bars include a BBQ party with the housemates, new clothes, red wine, cheese and a favorite dessert, and videoke time with a housemate to name a few.

The teens felt left out with the guardians taking home all the prizes so Kuya declared that they also had a chance at the jackpot. He asked them to pick a gold bar from the treasure box and the housemates successfully chose a film showing. The teens were all excited thinking that they automatically get the prize. However, the big man of the house suddenly tells them to line up and strike a pose upon his signal. At least six of the teens must have the same pose to win the prize and luckily they bagged the jackpot.

Tita Anna still has issues with Daddy John

Tita Anna wasnt completely over the fight and retold her side to the other guardians. She first talked to Mommy Minda who was playing on neutral grounds. Daddy John exploded once again early this morning when he noticed that the teens left the guardians place all messy and dirty. Tita Anna immediately became defensive of Josef, saying that her nephew isnt like the other teens. Anna explained to Minda that Josef, in fact, washed his and even Daddy Ike used plates yesterday. She also added that Josef just forgot to wash the pots and pans he used which caused Daddy John to scold the Lethal Lasallite. During this conversation though, John appeared directly behind them but he chose to ignore the two moms.

When Mommy Minda left, Tita Anna talked to Daddy Ike next. She knew that Daddy John had bad intentions towards Josef and she actually saw the fight coming. Aside from these, she also had issues with his particularities on culture. She also confided that she wasnt really sick; she just wanted to go out because of the brewing conflict between them. Tita Anna found an ally in Mommy Carina as they both noticed that Daddy John didnt win the games fair and square. Daddy Ike wanted none of this and just said that they only have a few days left inside the house and they shouldnt just waste it on petty quarrels. He also emphasized they were there for their kids and not for themselves. Tita Anna though stubbornly answered that this was a sacrifice for her and she was well aware that she wasnt there for herself. Mommy Carinas solution on the other hand was for Tita Anna to avoid crossing Daddy Johns path to which Tita Anna agreed.

On the other side of the house, the teens are in a much lighter mood as they prepared lunch for tomorrows birthday boy, Jolas. Priscilla and Rona are focused on making adoboand lechon kawali, Jolas favorite foods. Their joyous mood was infectious and everyone gathered in the living room afterwards for more bonding moments. The housemates were busy sewing name patches onto the tie-died shirts. Spread throughout the house, each found their own nook and little group to be as comfy as they could to finish their task. After several needle pokes and crossed eyes, Josef and Nikki reverted to their recently developed pastime: massaging each others hands. Josef was lying down on the sofa, trying to get some shut eye while Nikki prods him awake to continue massaging her hand. With a few grumblings, Josef obliges and they settle down, quite oblivious to the other housemates walking around them. Nikki returns the favor as Josef takes his turn at being comfy.

With Josef spending most of his time with the In-Chick, his former buddy Linda sews by the pool. Paano ba maging masaya? Linda wondered out loud. Jieriel, who was the only one with her, answered, tawa lang ng tawa. The Bubbly Girl explained that laughter and sleep are her coping mechanisms for things, and it doesnt necessarily follow that her laughter means that she is happy. Linda agreed, adding that singing is her vent for her emotions. When she sings, it has a reason; whether as a form of escape, release, entertainment or frustration, belting out songs serve a deeper purpose. For the moment, Linda admitted that she needed attention, and so far only Kuya has given it to her. Another exception is Rona, who regularly asks her how she is. Everyone has their own groups, and she didnât want to push herself into any. Beauty had the twin towers and Josef is now with Nikki. Jieriel pointed out that she has no group as well, and offers friendship to the Bikini Babe. She explained how hard it was to guess what was on anothers mind or how to approach the other properly. All of them were still feeling their way around each other, and unless she speaks up, no one will truly understand what Linda was thinking or feeling. Because if this, it would be hard to avoid offending her, since she kept everything inside. The conversation then turns to Saturdays eviction, and both feel they would be the one booted out. Jieriel reminds Linda to do her best if shes the one left inside. Since they couldnt agree which of them would be evicted, they even joked that they could go out together, like a 2-in-1 tag team.

Teaching old dogs new tricks

The teens are back in the big house and the guardians are in their original abode. However, there seems to be a role reversal of sorts as Kuya asks Robi to gather the teens to figure out a way to fix the conflict between the guardians. We will try to help them; Its the other way around now. This time, the teens act as the caretakers of the oldies, observing their actions via the plasma screen and objectively figuring out what to do. Robi gathered all the teen housemates in the living room to have a bull session. He laid out rules such as giving each the freedom to say whatever it is they want to say without fear of reprimand. Saying but or pero were also avoided, as this lessened the meaning of what was said. All opinions were welcome, and each was prodded to share his or her thoughts to the group, acknowledging that all were an important part of the discussion.

Kevin was also quite pessimistic about things, probably since he was also carrying the burden that his father was a major player in the issue. Opting for the voluntary exit was foremost in his mind, but was willing to help out in fixing the problem first. Rona and Robi sternly gave him a piece of their minds. Robi reminded Kevin to control his feelings and to keep in mind that the problem was, as Kevin earlier stated, between the guardians and not the teens. Voluntary exit is not an option, Kevin, he stressed. Kevin insisted that he wanted to go out and Rona shushed him by saying that he wasnt alone; it wasnt just his struggle. All of them were like a family, and as such, should fix things together.

After watching the guardians for a few moments, they came to the conclusion that their arguments were petty. The current issue was over the weekly budget, where they couldnt compromise and ended up fighting over the budget gone wrong. The teens couldnt help shaking their heads at this, commenting that they didnt have problems over something as simple as the weekly budget. The guardians had more drama than the teens. The solution is simple, and the guardians were making things complicated. Valerie shared that they guardians should talk about things in the open to avoid it getting out of hand. Rona observed that the guardians lacked humility, all thinking they knew better than the other, leading to close-mindedness. All had different perspectives and refused to compromise. The question of exactly how they were going to help out was raised then. They felt that they should show the guardians how the teens deal with their conflicts, to teach by example. Robi suggested that he go to the guardians first, to try to sort things out, then they would talk to them as a group.

Tough choices

This week started with Kevin and Daddy Johns opposing opinions on circumcision. Daddy John wanted Kevin to do what Alex did at the start of the edition but the young man didnt like the idea one bit even if it would help 100 under privileged children get circumcised for free. For Kevin, his father should respect his decision for it is his body after all. Kevin didnt want to do it, for getting circumcised is not a norm in Spain and being di binyagan is not at all a big deal to him. Big Brother respected the father and sons decision and gave them a new task instead for them to be able to help the kids. First, they must teach Mang Erning how to read and write for the fisherman didnt get a proper education because of financial difficulties. Second, Kevin and John must convince the guys " both the guardians and the housemates " to change their hairstyles according to Kuyas preferred cut.

But Kevin was not the only one John had an argument with. He had another fight with Josefs aunt during one of the tasks and Tita Anna was not feeling really happy inside the house. When Kuya had another talk with the guardians regarding their stay inside the house, he also brought up that he will also be declaring a guardian Big Four with the first placer getting half-a-million pesos. So when he asked for a show of hands of who wants to go out, it was only Anna who remained consistent with her decision. Kuya then gave her a chance to convince Josefs dad to take her place for her nephew to stay in the game. Anna knew it was a losing battle with her brother-in-law, whose job is really important to his family.

A Giant Tears for a Giant-hearted dad

The four boys successfully pull off Nans rescue mission by dragging Jolas and Ejay off to the secret place without them knowing it. They woke up slowly, not quite sure if they were still dreaming. It took quite some time before the reality of things settled. Namaligno yata tayo, whispered Jolas. Bit by bit, they figured out where their other housemates have been disappearing to. Daddy Ike and Daddy Erning were hands-on in welcoming their boys, refusing to let others take care of their needs. Soon enough, the boys bond with the guardians. They learn how to whistle and how to bake pandesal. Daddy Ike, who used to be a baker, enthusiastically took on the job of teaching the boys to bake pandesal, although he hasnt done it in the past 18 years.

Daddy Ike takes up the courage to ask Kuya of a simple favor: to have Jolas sleep beside him. Nasasabik na din ako sa kanya. From such a statement, the rest of Daddy Ike sentiments start flowing. Jolas is his only son, his only child. He had another son, older than Jolas, but he passed away when he was just 2 Â½ years old from leukemia. The bakery that he once owned was sold to finance the expensive treatment, as well as his moms jewelry. There were slim hopes of survival, and Daddy Ike lifted his son up to God, believing that what is Gods should be given to Him. He lost his elder son and was given another chance to be a father through Jolas. Again, Jolas was diagnosed ill, and Daddy Ike and his wife prayed. Within 24 hours, baby Jolas recovered. Daddy Ike then vowed to raise his son the best way he could. When Jolas got into a motorcycle accident, he was very mad not so much for almost losing his chances at pro basketball nor his dreams for his son, but for the fear of losing his son yet again. They just patched up recently, and the fact that he is present with Jolas in the PBB house speaks volumes of this fathers love.

Being in the house put his job in jeopardy, but that doesnt matter. What is important is that he supported his child all the way. His wife backed up his decision, saying they will manage to get by whatever happens. Kuya showed his admiration as he proclaimed Daddy Ike a rich man, rich in faith and love. All these revelations were shared with Jolas, and the Gentle Giant sobbed his heart out. His dads tears had him pounding the sofa, begging Kuya to stop already. When he left the Confession Room, Jolas headed straight for his dad and the two took a short walk. He began by sharing how Kuya asked him how he was, but after saying Kuya let him watch something, he suddenly found himself at a loss for words and just hugged his dad tightly. Daddy Ike hugged his son back and patted him. Later that evening, Jolas slipped into bed beside Daddy Ike, staring into space, no doubt recalling what happened in the Confession Room.

Kapitan Boom wakes up the housemates

The housemates got a special wake-up call this morning from one very special guest. Jon Avila, Kuyas former celebrity housemate and now TVs newest superhero, woke up the teens clad in his dashing red and blue Kapitan Boom costume. He went into the bedrooms himself and woke up each housemate, with Beauty getting a pretty special nudge. The Rebelious Beauty was stunned to see the handsome actor by her bedside and she immediately brushed her teeth since she wanted to pepper Jon with kisses. Beauty was all goo-goo eyed and shamelessly gawked at Kapitan Boom who presented her with a gift. The gift was actually malunggay, the teens Oh my gulay! for the day, which disappointed the young woman.

Mommy Minda and Daddy John, who spent the night in the main house, helped Beauty and Robi in preparing their malunggay dish for lunch. It was surprising for it was Daddy John who knew how to cook the leafy green vegetable. Even Mommy Minda was able to pick up valuable tips from him. Later, the two guardians spent some bonding time with their kids with the Spanish duo retreating to the pool side. Jolas, who joined them in the water admitted he wasnt a very good swimmer so Daddy John offered him a few lessons. The lad from Bulacan proved to be a fast learner and even raced Kevin to the opposite side of the pool.

Oh my gulay!

For the past 20 days inside Kuyas abode, the teens have been very careless and wasteful of their food. Kuya was terribly disappointed with this and decided to teach them a lesson. He instructed them to cook and eat ginisang ampalaya for dinner before giving them a fresh batch of food supplies.Since the teens typical diet consisted primarily of meat and junk food, they struggled in eating the bitter veggie. Kuya made sure that they all have their equal share of the ulam and instructed Alex to divide the meal evenly among the housemates.

So in todays Uber game, Kuya dared the teens to name the correct ingredients in the vegetable dishes he is going to call out. Dressed in vegetable costumes, they must place themselves inside a huge pot if the veggie they are representing is included in the recipe.Should they have more mistakes than correct answers, Big Brother will confiscate the chicken, beef and pork inside the refrigerator and their meals will consist of fish and vegetables for the rest of the week. Priscilla was the one in-charge of drawing the name of the vegetable dish they must complete inside a fish bowl.

The first dish called out was kare-kare and the teens hustled and bustled about as they grouped themselves.Linda and Nan, who were the eggplant and string beans respectively, were first inside the giant pot but they couldnt complete the rest of the vegetable ingredients in time. After 2 consecutive wrong answers, the gang finally got their first point as they correctly answered pancit bihon. Unfortunately, the game ended with the team only gaining 5 points out of 12 possible correct answers. The dishes that they got right were sinigang, chopsuey and pinakbet while they seemed to be unfamiliar with sinabawang gulay and pochero among others.

As a consequence Kuya took away their meat products such as chicken, pork and beef and replaced their stock with fish and vegetables, much to the housemates dismay. To acquaint them more with the healthy greens, they have to indulge in their leafy friends for the rest of the week. Beauty, who was tasked to bring the frozen goods to the storage area, bade farewell to the tasty lechon kawali as she unloaded the meat products in the fridge.

The housemates are dead set on accomplishing their tasks

Priscilla and Nicole, the designated cooks for the day, seemed to experience one disaster after another in the kitchen. First of which was the difficulty of slicing the frozen chicken. The two had to ask their Kuya Jolas to help them out, much to Priscillas delight. Next, Pris removed the leaves of the saluyot, their vegetable for the day, while Nicole struggled with chopping the onions. Priscilla tasted their soup a while later and declared it a bit too salty! The stove gave the girls quite a scare next when it stopped working and gave off a ticking sound. They alarmed the other housemates and soon everyone rushed out in panic. Kuya called all the teens into the confession room and said he will have the stove fixed in a jiffy.

Meanwhile, Kevin, Alex and Robi got dressed in their mice costumes to practice their weekly task. Robi was anxious winning the task that he repeatedly asked Rona questions about the maze. When the young woman got stumped with his queries, Robi sighed and told her "Walang sisihan," putting a disclaimer on their performance later. To take off some of the pressure, the three boys choreographed a special dance to the tune of Three Blind Mice. They looked so silly, wriggling their tails and shaking their batons, that the other teens couldn't help but laugh.

War intensifies among the teen guardians

Another fight erupted between Tita Anna and Daddy John very early this morning. Whats worse is that it all started because of Josefs refusal to wash the dishes upon Daddy Johns request. Kevins father got all upset with the teen housemates reasoning of not taking orders from other people except his father. Daddy John ended up calling Josef a senorito which got Tita Anna all flared up. In the heat of the argument, the young man punched the door and left the arguing adults. The word exchange was so intense that Kuya told Josef to stay with the other housemates until things cool down. Beauty became Josefs confidante as he openly narrated the incident to her. The two found solace in each other, having a common enemy.

Over at the guardians place, Mommy Minda and Daddy Erning tried to mediate between Anna and John. TheyTheyheard both sides and understood both their motives but were completely clueless as to how this problem can be solved. Mommy Carina, who was Tita Annas closest friend in the house, made an effort to seek both sides by talking first to her kumare. She affirmed Tita Annas complaints and added her own stories of encounters with Daddy John. Anna is very concerned about John blowing petty issues out of proportion and his intense verbal assaults. She also commented that she wont be stooping down to his level.

When Kuya asked Tita Anna to go to the house next door, Mommy Carina found the opportunity to speak with Daddy John.His concerns though were far from Tita Annas issues. For him, Anna was very imposing and she refuses to talk and settle the issue between them. Another concern too, was the involvement of Josef in the quarrel. John finds Josef very inconsiderate and impolite, giving the young man throwing his suitcase on the guardians bed as an example. He even had to remove it himself for him to be able to use the bed. Mommy Carina suggested that he bring up his concerns to Kuya to avoid getting into heated rows all the time.

Teens dive for Kuya's coins

Uber host Mariel Rodriguez once again paid the Kuyas house a little visit by providing the tools for this afternoons pool game. After showering several 25 centavo coins in various areas of the pool, the teens were called out of the house where Kuya explained the rules of his game. Team Robi and Team Josef must dive for as many coins as they can and the group with the most number of coins will win. Upon Big Brother's signal, the game commenced with the housemates taking turns in searching for Kuyas coins. After a few minutes Kuya called off the game and instructed the two groups to count their coins.

At the end of the count, Josefs team emerged the winner with a total of 89 coins while Robis group collected only 83 coins. It was a real close fight but sadly Team Robi had to do Kuyas consequence for losing the game which was to drink a glass of ampalaya shake each. Nan had no problems sipping the bitter drink straight from a straw, while Beauty almost threw up hers because of its peculiar taste.Robi, Linda, and Jolas on the other hand made it sure to finish the drink in one gulp to prevent themselves gagging on the bitter taste of the vegetable.

On the other hand, evicted housemate Jieriel watched the game from the Uber set with Mariel. The bubbly girl shared some juicy stories with Kuyas ex-houseguest. She told Mariel that Linda really has a crush on Alex, while Beauty has her eye on the TwinTowers, Jolas and Ejay. Jieriel also said that shes happy to be back in the outside world but she terribly misses the housemates too.

Ejay is saved, Kevin gets nominated, and Linda loosens up

Kevin, Linda, Josef, Ejay and Nikki were given the privilege to join this weeks immunity game, thanks to the efforts of their guardians. The guardians were divided into two groups to make a quilt or bedspread. Mommy My Love and Mommy Carina exchanged heated words over the task. In the Confession Room, Mommy Carina told Kuya that she had worked day and night to finish the quilt, making Mommy My Love feel that she implied the rest did not contribute enough. Mommy Carina had to explain herself, prompting Daddy John to mediate. Doc Boy, on the other hand, said goodbye as the Teen Council votes him off the house.The teens got to choose which one they liked best and the winning team became the participants in this weeks immunity game. In the first round, which was won by Kevin and Ejay, the teens had to catch the most number of water balloons thrown to them by their guardians from behind a tall wall. The second and final round was a big checkers (or dama) game where the dads had to direct the moves which their sons acted on. Daddy Erning had the better strategy, granting immunity to Ejay for the week.

The immunity would have served Kevin better, though, as he now has a 50% chance of getting kicked out. He got 16 nominations, the highest any housemate has ever gotten in PBB. The reasons his housemates gave were his being bossy, his offensive jokes and his acting like he was better than the rest. If Kevin was anticipating this, Daddy John was the opposite. The other nominee was Linda, her second nomination. The other housemates felt she didnt change much, still aloof and prone to bad jokes. Again, she didnt seem affected and when asked by Kuya, she explained that she ahs already accepted that nomination is always a possibility. Still, she went off by herself after, obviously bothered. Beauty assured her she was improving somehow, a fact that she proved more when she let slip to Alex that his smile puts her in danger of falling for him. Ejay and Val share a similar moment, where the two exchange small talk and Valerie teases the Promdi Hottie about being torpe.

Rona, Nikki, Pris, Val and Linda brought their things over to the guardians place. Its their turn to spend some time with their guardians. Unfortunately, Priscillas mom was in the first batch of guardian evictees, and they werent able to spend much time together as the other housemates did with their respective guardians. Of course, the five girls didnt have to experience the hassle of secrecy as the others did, so both houses mixed and matched boarders instead.

Mommy Minda and Daddy John were involved as usual. Both switched to the teens side and were warmly welcomed. Mommy Minda and Alex must have missed the Italian language as they gamely conversed in it. Daddy John spent some time with Alex and Kevin in the girls room (where they slept), showing them the 25-cent coin he kept with him. Beauty was, not surprisingly, part of this particular group. Kevin and Alex have bonded easily since the beginning, drawn together by their European background, perhaps. Beauty, with her frankness and charm, has been spending quite a lot of time with the TwinTowers, as they call Kevin and Alex. Not being pikon, she knows how to answer back and hold her own with teasing.

Earlier, Robi was the one in charge of preparing dinner while Beauty assisted him. Though she overdid the measurement of the tausi, no one minded. It seems that now, the housemates are being more active in doing their share of kitchen work. Beauty and the TwinTowers joked around as usual. Three housemates kept on trying to explain how to survive the Three Blind Maze, which was this weeks task. Rona continued to be the groups ate as she makes sure that everyones lapel is on properly and the batteries are working. She also led the rest in talking to Valerie, Kevin and Alex in Filipino to practice their use of the native language. Valerie started explaining the German language to them, but was soon cornered by the boys when they asked her about what she thought of Ejay.

When Valerie was alone with buddy Priscilla, she shared her conversation with the Promdi Hottie. She felt that he liked Linda first. As to the two of them, they are a plus-minus tandem, total opposites: shes a city girl, while he is definitely probinsyano; shes a foreigner and he is local. She did find his life interesting, though she couldnt claim that she was attracted to him. When Ejay asked her what she wanted in a guy, she answered that she wanted someone who wasnt too serious and could make her laugh, which was quite far from Ejay nature, as he was the quiet type. Nikki was an obvious PBB fan, as she enthusiastically recalled last Celebrity Edition, when Baron and Donnie had a false eviction. In reality, they were stashed in a secret room, but it was very plain and way different from the luxurious surroundings they have now. The secret place was deserted and covered with cobwebs. Valerie and Priscilla didnt seem to mind, though, even when they found themselves locked in. They just kept chatting about boys. They explored the house, Valerie fascinated with the beautiful shower and Priscilla grabbing chips from drawers. Before long, Kuya called their attention and told them to wake the other two girls, put on their blindfolds and stay in the bedroom.

Trick or (Veggie) Treat!

Issue #1: Picky eaters

Kuya noticed that the teens were snobbing their veggies, so he decided to force-feed them some nutrients. Their first veggie star was the bitter ampalaya, and half of the housemates didnt like to eat it. Linda, Ejay and Josef were tasked to cook it while Nan was supposed to decide when it tasted good enough. Alex made sure all had an equal share on their plates, much to Nans dismay. The teens came up with various techniques to finish it: add more rice, drink a lot of water, and add ketchup or margarine. The most effective one was Alexs idea, who just gulped it down without having to taste it. Because four teens werent able to finish their food, they had to eat the ampalaya for dinner yet again.

Issue #2: Hidden Crushes

Selos ka? Nan asked Val straight out, a comment on Val earlier statements about Ejay and Linda. She felt that they were better matched because they had similar lives. She, on the other hand, was a foreigner and she felt that Ejay didnt like talking to her. Its okay, she stressed, because she didnt like to bug him. For a while there, Val let it slip that she liked Ejay, but she took it back by saying she didnt have any crushes in the house.

Issue #3: Halloween in April

The six girls were called into the Confession Room where Kuya told them off about the messy housekeeping. To teach them a lesson, they were to be brought out of their house, blindfolded, straight into the deserted place of the guardians. The guardians were whisked off to a secret room. Beauty was nowhere to be seen, though, since Kuyas accusations were just an excuse to get Rona, Nikki, Val, Linda and Pris in the secret place. Rona, who didnt know, felt sad and confused since she always cleaned house. To top it off, she was scared of ghosts, and with its cobwebs and weird sounds, the house did look creepy. The remaining teens, in full costume, were made to scare the five girls but they, like the guardians after them, failed in the task. The girls, aside from Rona (who didnt stay scared for long), just laughed it off.

Issue #4: Missing Noodles

To totally find out the secret that all the other housemates already know, the five girls need to sort out the Mystery of the Missing Noodles. When the time came, they didnt have anything new to report. Kevin and Beauty were called in, and both stated that they saw Pris and Val eating noodles after it disappeared from its usual place. When they went out, the two girls expressed their disappointment at being accused and Kevin explained that he wasnt accusing; he was just saying what he saw.

An unfair accusation?

The subject of the missing noodle was bought up once again today by Big Brother. He specifically asked Beauty and Kevin for the two housemates often hinted they know the identity of the noodle napper. Afterwards, the two gathered the housemates and told them about Kuyas inquiries. Beauty told everyone that she is more concerned with the reason behind the hiding of food rather than the identity of the hoarder but Kevin was very blunt about it.

Kevin immediately asked them why were the cup noodles in a separate jar in the kitchen and not in its original place inside the cupboard. This made him conclude that someone is indeed hiding the food from the other housemates. He then adds that he saw Valerie tinkering with the said jar which the Dazzling Doll vehemently denied. However she later mentioned that she did open the jar to transfer the noodles, much to everyones confusion. Priscilla came to her friends defense saying the other teens were being unfair blaming them. Kevin though was pretty much convinced they did the crime.

Since the discussion has come to another grid lock, Rona suggested that it is better for them to conclude that no one inside the house hid the noodles and that their imaginations are just working over time. Everyone was telling the truth as far as shes concerned and everything that happened was just a test. Priscilla wanted to inform Kuya about the outcome of their open forum and asked Rona and Valerie to accompany her.

Daddy John gets emotional

The nominees have been chosen, and two housemates are in danger of this week being their last in Kuyas house. Its Linda second nomination, but Kevins first. More than Kevin, though, it was Daddy John who reacted emotionally to the news. The moment he stepped in the Big Brother house, Daddy John was very much involved. From household chores to the tasks, he welcomed everything with enthusiasm and energy. Minutes after the nomination had Daddy John in tears, explaining to the other guardians why Kevin got to be that way. The reason given for Kevins nomination is his bossiness in the house. Daddy John explained that Kevin passed that phase of laughing, because he has to take on a lot of responsibilities early in life. He even works for his dads new school, come rain or shine. When some commented that Daddy John has a moment of drama, he took it negatively, saying it wasnt drama. They are authentic tears. I dont know how to make drama. No one can cry fictitiously if they are talking about their anak.

In the teens house, the housemates are slowly taking up their usual activities. Since they ate an early lunch and an early dinner, Kevin and Josef (who was in make-up and a funny head dress) cooked a midnight meal for the hungry housemates. Valerie and Ejay exchanged small talk, though it was in bits and pieces, obvious that language was still a big issue. Linda has started opening up, as she gives advice to Ejay about Valerie. Jieriel was not forgotten. Linda shared that when shes alone, its a sign that she needs to talk with someone. Usually, no one goes to her except Jieriel, a thought that made them miss Jieriels presence in the house. As their day came to an end, Josef and Robi spend a few minutes leading the rosary in the boys quarters.

Doc Boy says bye-bye

Since they lost the tie-dying task to Team Robi, the team of Josef was made to wear bandages around their entire bodies and a carton cast on one leg. They were clowning around at first, but discomfort set in soon enough, stressing the reason for their sacrifice: 42 major operations and 112 minor operations for Operation LOL. To end their sacrifice, they were made to build a pyramid out of dominoes. They had to do this several times because they couldnt seem to do what Kuya wanted them to.

Meanwhile, it is the "takdang panahon" for the guardians to find out that their eviction is decided by the Teen Council. If it makes things easier or not, who knows? The Teen Council met for the second time to discuss the fate of the guardians. This time, the Council grew in number, including all teen housemates who have been to the guardians secret place. Each gave an intro of their respective guardians and reasons why they felt they should or should not stay. They were quite serious in deciding, giving valid reasons and weighing them, being democratic and open-minded even if it was their guardian on the line. They narrowed it down to two: Mommy Ningning and Daddy Boy. Only one guardian gets the boot, and it is none other than Doc Boy, Robis dad. Surprisingly, Robi was the one who led and even convinced the housemates to vote his dad out. He felt that Mommy Ningning was the key in loosening Linda up while his dad, being a surgeon, would be of more use to the outside world. Before stepping out of the house, father and son were given 100 seconds to say their goodbyes. Very characteristic of them, no tears were shed and even sentiments were exchanged with seriousness.

As the guardians took Doc Boy is eviction in stride, so did the teen housemates calmly face their second eviction night. Probably because they already knew how things will go, the teens were able to laugh and talk about hairstyles minutes before going live. The second eviction night revealed two housemates in danger of being evicted. Kevin got a taste of nomination, garnering 16 votes, and Linda, with 11 votes, got nominated for the second time. Once again, Linda was out of words as she asks for help to be saved. Kevin on the other hand said that he had made friends and that he loved being in Kuyas house. Voting is now open, so cast your votes to decide which housemate would follow Jieriel out of the big yellow house.

Teens do the Dolphin Dive

Mariel Rodriguez joyously tried out the teens dolphin exhibition game for herself today on Uber. The ex-houseguest had a fun time in Kuya's new pool but later on discovered that swimming through hoops and salbabidas was no mean feat. The teens have to swim through a series of obstacles and upon reaching the end of the pool must run back to his/her teammates and tag the next swimmer. Mariel then signaled the start of the game and the two teams took their positions at the starting line. Team 1, lead by Josef, was composed of Valerie, Rona, Jieriel, and Nicole while Team 2, which was lead by Robi included Linda, Nan, Beauty, and Ejay. Alex was exempted from the game because of his operation so to even out the teams Kevin acted as the referee. The group to go through the obstacles correctly and finish first wins the game.

Upon Big Brother's signal, Robi and Josef dived into the pool, and the Lasallite's team took the lead when the Atenean misunderstood an instruction in the game which delayed his team. But in the second round, Robi's team burst with energy and finished first. Kuya then called for a third round to break the tie and reminded the teens to be mindful of their steps for the floor around the pool has gotten quite slippery. Jieriel got into a little accident during the game, but she later assured Big Brother that she's fine.

Family Reunions and a Final Mission

It has been too long since Linda and her dad spent time together, and she had a number of questions for him, primarily about his issues and of the possibility of having a complete family once again. Mommy Ningning had no idea her ex-hubby was next door, and was quite apprehensive to talk to him again. When they finally did, though not all issues were covered, they got the ball rolling as they discussed Linda. Daddy Hans called Linda in to tell her off about smoking and drinking, but all is well when Linda assured him that she stopped already. Linda held no false hopes for her parents; all she wanted was for them to at least keep communication open.

Nan is finally in Mommy My Loves arms once again, but as happy as he is to be taken cared of by his mom, he still wants to go back to the other housemates. In order to do that, though, he has to perform specific nursery rhymes. Mommy Minda was tasked to teach him Eensy Weensy Spider, which she didnt know. She playfully said that she rather teach Bahay Kubo, I Have Two Hands and Pungpung Galapong. Daddy Ike was assigned to teach Old McDonalds Farm and Mommy My Love gives a twist to Im A Little Teapot as they perform it in Visayan, complete with lively choreography. Unfortunately, Kuya wasnt impressed, and Nan was stuck in the guardians house. When Nan reports this to Mommy My Love, she couldnt help crying, no matter how Nan assures her that none of it is her fault. He ponders the possibility of a voluntary exit as his tearful mom shares how she had been supporting him by doing her part in the house.

Unknown to him, a rescue mission was already underway. Alex, Robi, Josef and Kevin were tasked to save him, providing they put Jolas and Ejay in his place. It wasnt as easy as it seems, because the boys have to accomplish this without the two victims noticing. To get the Gentle Giant and Promdi Hottie to sleep, Robi warmed some milk. The girls were also given some to avoid suspicion, but of course, Jieriel had a hunch that there was a task again. With Jolas bulk and Ejay tendency to be a light sleeper, it took a lot of quick movements, coordination, and teamwork to pull it off. Mission accomplished as the four boys, with Nan, breathe a sigh of relief in the Confession Room.

The teens may have rejoiced yesterday after receiving their first weekly task win but now they are all feeling down after the announcement of the first ever evictee, Jieriel. The Davaoena garnered the lowest number of votes (4.59%) while Josef got the highest (47.49%). Automatic nominees Priscilla and Valerie got 19.98% and 18.66% respectively while Linda got 9.28%. Before the tense filled eviction happened, the housemates were pretty ecstatic over winning their tie-dye shirt weekly task, benefiting the medical mission Libreng Operation sa Laoag. Their weekly budget will get a 75% increase and Robi, whose team made the most number of shirts (626 shirts), will be doing the grocery shopping. Josefs team on the other hand, did a task this morning for the medical mission, because they only produced 374 shirts.

But as eviction time got nearer, the nominated teens were a bit somber and waited tensely for the announcement from Toni. First to exit the nomination block was Priscilla, who could not help but grin from ear to ear. Valerie and Linda quickly followed her into the safe zone. There was an obvious look of relief on the Dazzling Dolls face for she frequently mentioned this week about disappointing her mother whose in Germany. Linda was beaming too, probably thanking her lucky stars that she got her family reunion and non-eviction all in the same week.

Although Josef remained grim looking, Jieriel tried to smile even though Toni called out her name as the first teen evictee. But tears immediately streamed down her face as she hugged the housemates one by one and said her final good-byes. Together with Daddy Gerry, Jieriel exited the house and greeted the audience with a wave. Even if she has left her friends inside, Jie will fondly remember everything she has done and learned while living in Kuyas house.

Jolas, This 6′4″ teenage hunk learned to play ball when he was in the second grade with kids older than him in a half court near his home. Playing basketball was a natural thing for him to get into since his dad was also a basketball player in his youth.
